Review to share on Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa 18 May to 4 June – For 17 nights I had the good fortune to stay at Silvia’s hotel, Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa, in Staffolo, Italy. My arrival in Jesi on May 18 was late in the afternoon and as I was taking a selfie picture with the Jesi sign in sight, I saw a confident, friendly, and energetic woman just behind me – I turned and received a great welcome hug from Silvia, who helped me with my luggage and off to Staffolo we drove as I took video and pictures out the window of her vehicle of this beautiful area in the Marché/Ancona region. The panoramic view outside my hotel room window was spectacular – I didn’t want to stop looking at the countryside vista, and made sure the shutters were always open while I stayed at Relais del Borgo! After unpacking, I came downstairs to a delicious board with cheeses, breads, and meats accompanied by a healthy portion of Verdicchio wine, the delicious libation specific to the region. I knew I would be well-taken care of during my stay in Staffolo! The next morning, and every morning after, I was greeted by Damiano Cerioni, guest services specialist for Silvia’s hotel. Damiano is also the organizational secretary of the Banda Musicale Cittá di Staffolo. Damiano made the best omelet for me – and provided a juice list of every color and flavor as well as a satisfying selection for coffee drinks. During my stay, I also enjoyed some time in the spa, as well as a foot and back massage by Gianluca, expert masseuse and guest services employee at Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa. Some evenings were quite late, as I was involved with music rehearsals, performances, and afterglow. Guess who was waiting for me? Silvia made sure each of her guests were safely ‘home’ before she turned in for the evening. It was very comforting to be so well served! In sum, I give Silvia’s Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa the very top rating. Top ratings for √ cleanliness √ location √ staff √ breakfast and special meals √ friendliness √ amenities of refrigerator, TV, Coffee, Tea, fresh water √ spa, sauna, and massage facilities I had a deluxe guest experience at Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa – I had all of the comforts of home as well as luxury to make me feel very special. I look forward to returning ‘home’ to Staffolo – to Silvia, Damiano, Gianluca and all my friends in the Banda Musicale Cittá di Staffolo.

Relais del Borgo, a small inn on the wall of Staffolo, Italy, a medieval hill town in Le Marche, is a hidden jewel worth seeking out. The reasonably priced rooms are comfortable, clean, and relatively spacious for an Italian hotel. A delicious complete breakfast is included. The selection of juices is amazing. Try the A.C.E.! Truly extraordinary service sets Relais del Borgo apart. Manager Silvia Biondini and her staff treat their guests like family. Silvia and staff member Damiano Cerioni offer excellent advice about local dining and tourist attractions. The service is always delivered with love and a smile. The view to the west out the dining room window is breathtaking, making a stay at the Relais del Borgo even more rewarding. If you are mobility challenged, let Silvia know beforehand. She and her staff will gladly provide help getting your luggage into the hotel. Finally, check to see if the Banda Staffolo is giving a concert in the nearby community hall. It's a first rate community band made up of local community members from kids to seniors. The band play s wonderful music with spirit and joy.

Personale meraviglioso, attento ad ogni esigenza, cordiale, socievole e simpatico in un luogo da favola. Silvia, la titolare, è una donna in gamba, molto alla mano ed accogliente. Damiano ha una simpatia travolgente, è un pozzo d'informazioni ed ha anche vestito i panni da Cicerone presso le chiese storiche del paese! Che dire della struttura? Ogni parola sarebbe superflua: riesumando un luogo comune, provare per credere!!! ❤️

Ho effettuato un soggiorno di un pomeriggio e una notte , con un ingresso in Spa riservato per due ore. La struttura e’ un bellissimo palazzo del 1500 con grotta salina al piano interrato. Spa molto rilassante, pulita e piacevole, con piscina idromassaggio, sauna finlandese e la grotta., FANTASTICA. Da notare la simpatia e disponibilità di Damiano e Silvia alla reception. Top! super consigliato.

Abbiamo pernottato 5 notti ad agosto 2025. Struttura consta di 8 camere, caratteristica molto apprezzata perché si gode della esclusivita del servizio, ed è realizzata in palazzo del 1900 di cui conserva le stupende pavimentazioni dell'epoca. Il nostro alloggio era ben arredato, confortevole e ben arredato. La SPA è piccola ma estremamente suggestiva (ad uso personale su prenotazione) e i servizi erogati sono di ottima livello. Struttura con ascensore e accesso per persone disabili. Colazione buona ma migliorabile. Silvia e Damiano sono stati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e con la loro simpatia e disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto e indimenticabile. La posizione della struttura è ideale per visitare le località più belle della regione. Super consigliato!

Struttura in un piccolo borgo medievale tra le viuzze. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dopo aver parcheggiato. Personale fantastico alla mano e soddisfano al meglio ogni tua richiesta! Ottimo cibo, ci si riesce proprio a rilassare e riposare e stare in pace. Veramente esperienza che non dimenticheremo! Grazie
