Don’t let the views deceive you, yes it looks nice but we booked early flights home away from this prison. All rooms are up really steep hills. no entertainment at all at night or day. The only way you can leave the resort is by standing by the side of the road with no path and waiting for a bus which takes you to town but won’t bring you back after 6, reception can book a taxi to town for you but no taxis will bring you back after 2pm. at night you are trapped here with no entertainment. The food is disgusting, i’ve never seen mush so awful in a hotel. the snack bar has odd smelling ham sandwiches that is all. so at night when we are trapped here with nothing in walking distance we also have no food. food is reused at dinner from lunch meaning past goes hard. The pool we couldn’t use as it physically burnt to touch it was that cold. the few days we stayed before leaving i saw nobody in it. we booked for a week and paid a lot of money just to have to pay even more to leave after 2 days due to us both feeling ill with how little we had managed to eat and felt like a prison constantly. Workers raced round on moped and tractors where you are meant to walk. Will definitely not be recommending this - THE WORST HOLIDAY IVE BEEN ON

We booked this at short notice and reading some of the reviews I was a little worried about a few things before we got there. I needn’t had. This hotel is excellent. It’s spread out over a hillside and you may be at the top so be aware of that but it is beautiful. The rooms are basic but everywhere is maintained to a very high standard, exceptionally clean. The staff are great and so helpful and friendly. The pool area is brilliant but be warned that the temperature of the pool is absolutely freezing. I have never been in a pool as cold 🤣. The private beach is very close, only 5 mins away and is absolutely gorgeous. I do have a few slightly negative comments…. The food is plentiful and there is a lot of choice but there was a few nights where it was lukewarm to cold. Everything we ate though was delicious. Desserts were just ok. The food around the pool was to be honest quite poor. Little sandwich baps and pastries. But if you’re all inclusive then eat in the restaurant. The salads were fabulous. Weirdly you couldn’t have the full cocktails menu until after 5.30pm. The bar is outside too with some seats in the games room so be aware that at the end of the season it can be chilly on a night. Overall we had an absolutely brilliant time and I’d not hesitate to stay again though I don’t think I’d come at peak season. As it was October it was quiet, we never struggled to get a sunbed which made a nice change! Note that this hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere so there isn’t anywhere to go on a night etc. great for us in this occasion as we wanted to totally chill but if we go back we would hire a car at the airport. I’d definitely recommend this place I’d you want to chill out and relax with beautiful views!

On arrival this hotel looks amazing after about a 90 min transfer . didn't take long for me to realise how hilly it was . All of the facilities are either up or down steep slopes most with no hand rails thank god it didn't rain or I would've been stuck ... First room me and my sister were given was a mezzanine family room neither of us could sleep on the second floor as I suffer with really bad vertigo and was stuck for half HR trying to get back down the slatted stairs. We were then moved to another room which was perfect. Food was good lots of different options but if you wanted anything by the pool it was dry rolls and pastries (no food available down on beach bar so made rolls up at breakfast) . Bar was pool bar only nothing in main building apart from beer or wine in restaurant so wrap up on an evening as got chilly . Lighting isn't the best on nights either walking to or from room had to use torch on phone . Unfortunately on check out I was hit with a bill for €210 for the change of room by a very rude receptionist which I did pay but will be taking this issue up with TUI .

Booked with Tui as an All Inclusive Deal. The place itself was beautiful, breathtaking & astounding. The room was lovely. We paid for a sea view. Beautiful. The place was very clean. Cannot fault the cleanliness. Positives - Very good Pool, plenty of loungers, easy access to bar, nice ambient music, beautiful views. Not So Positives - Food Cantine, sort of like a Greek Butlins. Lots of food, none super fresh, quality of food not great. Hoards of families with youngsters justifying the terrible amount of food waste. Why are people so greedy then throw everything away?! I feel sorry for the Cantine Staff. There was very little entertainment in the evening. Grab a drink & sit amongst the majority of smokers. Was asked to pay for bottled water. Every fully inclusive hotel normally supply 1 bottle each a day. And why no kettle in room so we can make drinks ourselves? Overall - I will definitely return to Halkidiki but not stay at this hotel, we are a quiet non-smoking couple. Did not want to deal with hoards of kids & smokers. But a good place to stay for big families & smokers. Knock yourself out. 😉👍

Very nice Hotel located in nice area within walking distance from Ouranoupoli. Food is good although meat quality could be better. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, they will assist you with taxi ordering or any other tasks. Room was nice and tidy , air condition was efficent and kept room temperature nice and low. Pool is nice. Hotel beach is very nice. The only problem is despite the note to not reserve the sunbeds with your towelles people wake up early in the morning and still do so. Bar is really nice. Bar staff is helpful and they don`t hesitate to take an extra step to meet your needs. Bartender Til in particular was rally chatty and nice. Overall I am recommending this place for a nice family holiday

First, we were greeted by annoyed stuff at reception, and ewe were told to wait for a bit, even though we came after check in time first room we got was on a lower floor even though we paid extra for upper flow near reception building, we got rooms on the highest building, to which we couldn’t even drive up to We asked for a second room right away, and got in the same building, but it was said it was on a first floor Second room was not cleaned at all, stains on everything When we requested another room, stuff became angry ( like it was our mistake for a bed sheets having a red stain) Final room we stayed in was on a ground floor, at least clean. Room was cleaned everyday by stuff and they did an okay job. Food was okay, something for everyone. A bit lacking on a desserts. Hotel itself is very pretty, lots of trees, nice sitting aeras, nice entertainment center , only downside is it being on a very high hill Pool is very nice, we liked it a lot, lacking a “snack” that was promised but whatever Beach is terrible. Its not sand, rather smaller rocks that really hurt your feet, and if rocks aren’t s problem, so much trash, cigarettes leftovers, cups etc probably are. It looks like it hadn’t been cleaned ever. Water is warm and clear. Big problem is also parking, be aware that you have small chance to parking near your building. At beach you can rent a boat and go to Islands across. Please, for your safety , don’t n pick a smaller if its only 2 persons. We almost ended in the middle of sea due to strong winds and a small, weak boat which was falling apart. But I still recommend to visit islands
