Travelodge Staines

Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10

Me and my husband stayed at travelodge stains it was small needed a little thx but overall was good the manger Juno was amazing her service was 10-10 so any problem we did have was eclipsed by the service in this hotel there was good choice of food as it was near the shopping centre so we was able to get a Mac Donald for breakfast

Bed was clean, towels where clean, toilet roll avaliable, tv, lights, shower etc all working, frindly staff member allocated me a room that would be more cooler and comfortable for me as i booked in an hour early so thr room i was going to be given wasnt quite ready but i was just commenting hot the weather is and i was sweating loads so she placed me in a room that would be cooler due to where it was located in the building. Also as the hotel is not used by the council like some are for homeless trouble makers etc. this one was paying guests only it ment it was really nice and quiet there aswell.

Very loud internal noise from other guests. Plus outside emptying glass bins. Ear wigs in the bed. Had to wait for the two guys on reception to finish thier conversation before dealing with us.

Tried to book 1 night extra an they wanted £175 for one night ! How can they justify being a budget hotel . Disgusting , we've never been able to book a 33 quid night like they advertised no matter how much notice , absolute rip off. Should not be allowed

Check in was easy and welcoming .Reception team were very helpful because they answered all the questions which showed they know their area very well.However although room was clean it needs a bit of modernisation like usb plugs beside the bed

Right next door to Thameside Brewery who host events. Perfect hotel for anyone attending brewery but the hotel has no facilities, communal areas, bar or restaurant. Reasonable rates though.
