Stayed 2weeks at this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff in all departments were very helpful and friendly. Just want to say thank you to Antonious (catering manager) absolutely fantastic individual. One small detail I don't think there is enough storage space in the rooms especially if you are there is 2weeks. Maybe drawers at each side of the bed would be good. Would highly recommend this hotel

We found the I Resort to be a well managed, clean and friendly establish. We came for our honeymoon and our first time away without our 2 children. The room was set up with wine, fruit, petals on the bed and towels in a shape of a Swan love heart which we found to be a perfect touch. Staff were at hand to help and went above and Beyond to accommodate us from us upgrading our room upon arrival to the waiters getting to know you down to the right beverage and of course the views were amazing! The room attendants were in every day tidying the room and even left my nightwear left presentable on the bed with a plate of chocolate cakes which really was fab. The food, there's something for everyone and desserts were absolutely beautiful! We came all inclusive, some drinks are not part of the all inclusive however the staff informed you what was included before ordering.

Très bien chambre impeccable personnel souriant et aimable ,plage piscine (3) très bien propre assez de transat boisson toutes les heures repas resto joy super et très bon pareil personnel vraiment a votre service et souriant .Je recommande cet hôtel magasins souvenir ect en face .Chambre douche entrée accueil magnifique

Les points positifs Emplacement superbe, salle à manger ouverte et terrasse donnant sur la mer Propreté impeccable Bonne nourriture avec quelques plats grecques et crétois Piscine à débordement superbe, avec bar Des toilettes un peu partout et des douches sur la plage plus une douche à l'eau chaude à côté de la piscine Personnel serviable, remerciements à Maria pour ses précieux conseils de voyage dans la région, à Eleonora pour sa gentillesse Chambre confortable, donnant sur la piscine (pas du côté mer), tranquille ; si notre chambre avait été côté rue, probablement il y aurait eu du bruit car Stalis est très animé Station de bus à proximité pour aller à Heraklion, possibilité de louer une voiture Les points moins forts Pas assez de transats, ni à la piscine ni sur la plage, ce qui fait que de nombreux touristes réservent leur transat en posant les serviettes dessus ; parfois le personnel enlève les serviettes, mais ils ont enlevé la mienne alors que j'étais sur la plage un peu plus loin ! Nous étions en famille et la douche a les murs transparents, un peu difficile pour préserver son intimité Aux repas les boissons étaient servies parfois trop tard, quand nous avions fini de manger, même si nous interpellions le personnel plusieurs fois Somme toute, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Das Personal ist perfekt, insbesondere zu erwähnen ist Emanouela, die uns beim Essen unglaublich freundlich bedient hat. Das Animations Team Carina und Piotr haben tolle sportliche Aktivitäten geboten und uns sehr gut unterhalten. Vielen Dank!! Das Meer ist traumhaft klar und toll zum Schwimmen, aber auch die Pools lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut, eine riesige Auswahl, die wir so bisher kaum irgendwo gesehen haben. Zimmer blitzsauber. Das wirklich einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefiel, waren die sehr eng beieinander stehenden Liegen am Strand.

Super schönes Hotel, mega Lage. Alle Angestellten super lieb und hilfsbereit! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im I-Risort und kommen gern wieder. Man hat hier viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu erleben. Sei es nur ein kleiner Bummel oder ein Ausflug. Von hier kommt man überall hin.

We have visited crete and this hotel for first time and our experience was great !! We have also visited the spa of the hotel i had hydrating treatment from Taweena and she was so professional and friendly. My husband had cretan massage from another therapist. We really recommend for the spa 😌

Die Massage von Stella und Taweena war sehr angenehm und sie waren sehr freundlich und höflich. Kann man empfehlen. Sie haben Öle verwendet und der Raum war sehr friedlich und erholsam dekoriert. Ich habe momentan eine Verletzung und auch mit dieser waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und haben mir damit geholfen.
