Great hotel, perfect location in the center of Stalida, across the street a good tent on the beach with good service on the sunbeds that are also well located. Hotel owner good man who wants to help with everything, only noisy in the morning

Good place for a couple of days or a week. Decent accomodation. If you choose breakfast you get a decent meal în the morning. The owner of the hotel is nice and can give you advices. However there is room for improvement which would definitely help. Things to improve: insect net in room window against mosquitos and better internet infrastructure.

During my stay there I liked that all the basic needs were covered and it still was great. The hotel was very near the beach, you had to walk like 20-30m and you were there! :)) The owner was very friendly and offered great advice about where to eat or where to buy things if necessary. The only things that I did not like were the fact the the hotel or at least the room we stayed did not have a mosquito protection of some kind, well it would've been great if it had at least an insect net and also the wifi was kinda crappy, the speed was slow, but this was not it, the thing that bugged me a lot was the fact that I had to sign in the network each time I wanted to search something. Despite these 2 things all was good!

I want to share this is the most terrible place where I have been, they are very rude, evil people, I don’t recommend this place, there is no respect for tourists, it’s a pity that my acquaintance in Crete was exactly like that, that’s why this place is on the black list

We stopped the car for a while without getting out of it with my family and a gentleman came from the goldsmith's shop who told us, don't park here, friend, it's our hotel area (in Greek) while he immediately told us in foreign languages no parking here . The above gentleman obviously did not understand that we are Greeks and spoke to us like that, while when we spoke to him in Greek and asked him to say at least one sorry, he replied that I will say sorry wherever I want. Unfortunately unacceptable behavior at the beginning of the tourist season.

It was just catastrophic!! We were there for 9 nights and the bed linen was only changed once!!?? The hotel was not clean. Our room was only tidied but not mopped or vacuumed!? The owner was very urgent!! He came into our room a few times while we were still sleeping! Once we went to the beach early in the morning because my friend forgot his cell phone in the room he had to go back after 15 minutes where he was back at the beach my friend said that the owner was just in our room?? For no reason! So maybe he often went into our room when we weren't there?!? I asked myself why? What is he doing in our room when we are not there? Breakfast was boring because we only got a boiled egg and a piece of bread, a few slices of cheese and olives… coffee and maybe a small glass of juice. We thought we could have breakfast on the terrace because it wasn't that warm but the owner told us we weren't allowed to have breakfast on the terrace because he had to clean it up!!! We only had breakfast twice because we felt bad every time after what we got! Afterwards I became aware that we had booked one day and one night too many. I immediately told the tenant but he told me that we had already paid for it and I wouldn't get my money back!! Of course I called ************ immediately and said that they should cancel one day and one night and send an email to the owner, which they did, but the owner was ice cold ***** ****** an answer like I don't accept it and she didn't get the money back!! Since I work in a hotel as a receptionist, I knew that I had a right to this! He also said without being ashamed that I would look rich and that I didn't need these 70/80€! In the end he gave me my money and yelled at us for no reason! It was catastrophic! Never again! I tell everyone who wants to book a vacation here! Definitely don't stay in this hotel, there are nicer hotels in Stalida cheaper and cleaner!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Sea view is amazing. The rooms are basic but are equipped with everything you need. The best part about this hotel is George, the hotel manager. He was so friendly to us, I had a few health issues abroad & he kindly escorted me to the doctors on multiple occasions. Another example would be that he has given us fruit that has been freshly picked most mornings. He has really helped us & for that we are truly grateful. If you want to go to a hotel where you are looked after, definitely visit this hotel.
