The hotel's location is excellent; we found it easily using navigation directly to the front desk. The staff at the front desk were very warm and enthusiastic, patiently answering all our questions. I really have to commend this hotel! The room was so clean it was incredibly comfortable; every nook and cranny was spotless. The bed linen and duvet covers were also perfectly fresh and clean. The hygiene here is simply impeccable.

Members have room upgrade rights. After communicating with the small butler, the hotel will upgrade, but the upgraded sea view room does not have a balcony (the room description and display have a balcony). The room size is right, clean and tidy. Staying for one night was not bad.

Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.

She called us as soon as I made the reservation and helped us plan the transportation and precautions. It doesn't take too long to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, and it is quite easy to find after getting off. The surrounding area is relatively mature business districts, and it is very convenient for eating and living. Hearing that we came here for the reputation of Ocean Flower Island, the boss specially upgraded us to a sea view room with a good view. At night, we stood on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze and drinking a little wine. It felt so comfortable. The room facilities are complete, comparable to a star-level apartment. Manual five-star praise!!!

The hotel specially booked for the New Year's Eve is still very satisfactory. The front desk service is very good. The boss will tell you to park at night. This room is too small and the air without windows is not circulating, but the price is also marked. It is also a single excessive, there is no need to upgrade, the hot water is very hot, the health is OK, there is a problem, no hair dryer is troublesome, this needs to be improved. In short, like one.
