The whole is okay; it may be a newly opened hotel, the management is generally the same, eat late at the hotel, order food to wait for 1 hour, the middle urged countless times, said fast! GGuest UserOur stay was truly wonderful. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the river and the food court. The lobby is stylish, with exquisite Chinese design exuding an elegant atmosphere. The rooms are conveniently equipped, and the custom latex mattresses provide a cloud-like sleeping experience. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the river at night. The staff are friendly and professional, proactively upgrading our room upon check-in, and the evening room service is prompt and responsive. The breakfast is simple and nutritious. The housekeeping team tidies the room daily, keeping the bathroom pristine and new, and the high-end bath products are a truly thoughtful touch. Overall, the value for money far exceeded expectations, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel!

MM24esfkgb****When I checked in, I was told that the superior bed room was upgraded to a deluxe bed room for free. I immediately received the unexpected joy. The favorability was directly full of ～. When I walked into the room, I was amazed by the spacious space. The layout was reasonable and the lighting was excellent. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was wide and the fatigue was instantly dissipated.
The service is even more cordial and welcoming! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, the staff greeted each other with smiles, took the initiative to help with luggage, handled the procedures efficiently and quickly, and patiently introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding play guides. If you have any needs during your stay, you can respond quickly after calling customer service, intimate and thoughtful, making people feel warm.
Clean and tidy, the room is clean, the sheets are white and flat and have a faint fragrance, the bathroom is clean and odorless, the toiletries are neatly arranged, the details are full of care, and the living is particularly at ease.
The facilities are even more complete, disposable towels, dental appliances should be complete, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the sleep experience is superb, high-definition TV, high-speed WiFi, etc., and the use is smooth and convenient. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and comfortable, the public areas are elegantly decorated, and the green plants are dotted with it. The atmosphere is full.
