2-Star Hotels in Amarillo

Perfect place if you're doing Route 66. But if you're not from the United States, be careful because we had trouble checking in. Normally, they do it via text message and send you a code, but since we had a Spanish phone number, they didn't send it to us. We arrived there at 11 PM, unaware of this, and there was no one at reception, even though they state they have 24-hour reception. After several calls and quite a while, we managed to get them to email us the link to check in.

My Hisband and I had a great one night stay. The man that checked us in by the name of Danny was so awesome and very sweet man very friendly and very helpful. Because of him and the clean rooms we will definitely be back when we go threw again. Thank you for a wonderful safe place to stay..

I was really satisfied with my stay. It can keep kids from all ages entertained. It has entertainment for adults too. I just wish I would have had more time to enjoy at its fullest, but I really recommend.

This place was very clean and neat. The room, bed nice and comfortable. Refrigerator in room yes. But, no pool and hot tub as in the pictures. In the room, no coffee maker, no microwave, no ice bucket you have to ask for a bucket. The driveway in is a little confusing. A small hotel surrounded by bigger buildings. Not like the photos. On a busy interstate frontage road so it's not easy to get to nearby places. The ”hot” breakfast was pathetic, warm biscuits with luke warm water and flower called ”gravy ”... ?????? I've stayed at a lot of places over the decades of traveling, this one I'd skip.

The tv wasn’t working had to call front desk, she did fix it and than when we left the hotel and came back it didn’t work again, she also said that she was the only one working, and she got busy, breakfasts wasn’t decent, the eggs were still frozen. Everything needs work.

Quite a bit more than I was expecting for the price, I loved the stay. The staff were easy to work with and the location was exceptional. I will be back.

Front desk was very helpful and nice... even the cleaners were very friendly when we were leaving. I would probably stay a week if yall had breakfast... atleast waffles would be awesome... just saying lol

Well, it depends on where you are going. The location is kinda weird for traveller's.

Room was clean, towels clean, bathroom clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. At all my vacation this hotel was the best stay we had. (even though they are not a new hotel they do try there very very best to keep the hotel clean.)
