It’s very convenient for walking around downtown and Nob Hill. Both the bathroom and the private room were tidy and clean. Staff was really supportive. The only thing I was disappointed with was the amenities—there was only shampoo available in the shower, with no body soap or conditioner.

We fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck. We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes. If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.

Overall , the facility is clean and the staff friendly I have issues 2 issues. First..as a female solo traveler, I am always concerned about safety. In this case, my room key didn’t work so I went to the front desk and told them. I had never seen that clerk. I said my key didn’t work and he said “room #” and he fixed it. No checks of anything. Didn’t ask my name…didn’t verify my room. The other issue is the smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room from the “designated smoking area” right outside the hotel entrance and directly below my room. Window air conditioner pulled the smoke right in.

The room was surprisingly spacious for a solo traveler, which was great. It's rare to find accommodation at this price, so it was a very good experience. However, the proximity to the airport meant I was woken up frequently, which was a bit of a downside.

Staffs at the reception are so nice and friendly. I want to use the laundry, she took me to the laundry room and taught me how to use step by step without being rush. Room is clean. Good location close to bus stop. Walking distance to union station

The staff 々 is very kind. The room was also very clean! I didn't have a hair dryer in the room, and when I told the staff, they gave it out. There was also a morning snack and I was able to spend very comfortable.

Location is great. Lots of places within walking distance, or a short drive. Service was quick, helpful, and friendly. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or anything, but the tub would take a while to drain which was the only downside in terms of cleanliness. Much like other Extended Stay hotels, it’s like a temporary apartment. Full size fridge, microwave, cable tv, a/c, and it has its own laundry room that takes coins or cards, which is a big help. Overall I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel for a trip that’ll last longer than a few days.

The staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them
