"My husband and I stayed at numa Salzburg and absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—everything felt fresh, cozy, and well thought out. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and the location was great for exploring the city.
The only downside was the check-in process. numa operates without on-site staff, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the registration link in advance. It took us about 30 minutes to sort things out and finally get access to our room, which was a bit stressful after a long journey.
That said, once we settled in, everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish stay and are okay with self-service check-in, numa Salzburg is a fantastic choice. Just make sure to get your check-in info beforehand!"

"We loved this service apartment! It is nice and comfortable, the beds were good and we slept very well. The location of this apartment is convenient as the bus stop is just a few steps away, we were also able to walk to most tourists attractions. The apartment has everything we needed, the host were helpful and responsive, we would stay here if we come to Salzburg again"

"There is a parking lot in the hotel and there is a public parking lot to be taken a little further. No toiletries, no slippers, no water, no kettle. The double bed was slightly smaller and the son was a little crowded. Downstairs is the net red pizza shop! The hotel is located in a small commercial street. It is close to the food alley, Mirabell Gardens, Mozart’s birthplace! Breakfast is also simple and clean"

"We stayed with our car. This is a good place they provided free parking. Since parking is quite expensive in old town , we chose to take bus to go in town center. Bus stop just right across from the hotel that goes to old town directly. This Hotel provided mobile app to ride on bus for free. All these were arranged perfectly for our stay. There is the best seafood buffet next door for very affordable price. There is a super market right across by walking distance."

"The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, the reception is on the second floor without an elevator only stairs. Beside is McDonald's which is open until late. The bus 21 is just below the hotel is a plus that you can easily go to the city in 11-16min and free with the mobility pass the hotel gives, the bus runs almost every 25min. Overall the customer service is good."

"The public areas of the hotel are decorated very carefully and beautifully, and the service staff are warm and friendly, leaving a good impression. The hotel's internal facilities are a bit cramped but the location is very good. It is close to the sightseeing bus terminal, the Opera House, Mirabelle Garden and the Mozart Memorial. Dining around is also more convenient. Inexplicably, the room booked two months in advance is a few hundred yuan more expensive than the middle of May every day, and Trip.com is not clear."

"The hotel was booked, but the actual hotel was not open, and the 2 people were transferred to another hotel under the flag. It was quite far away and we were not informed in advance. It was only when we called the Plaza Hotel to confirm before we left that we found that the hotel was closed because of the epidemic. After asking, the hotel will tell us to change the hotel. It is still lucky. I know it before I leave, otherwise I have to go the wrong way."

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room.
Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight!
All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

Oo koboI stayed here as a fan of Sound of Music.
However, the hotel exceeded my expectations!
I was captivated by the beauty of the lakeside and the castle, which makes you feel like you are transported to time.
The gardens and food were also amazing!
We had breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the lake and the Salzburg mountains.
The meal was wonderful.
Next time I'd like to come with my family and spend some time relaxing and forgetting about time.

KKathylin BenAfter more than 10 days staying in hostel, the hotel provides privacy and have a comfy bed which are controllable.
Location : - Abit far from city centre, but there is quit a good frequency of city centre buses.
Service :- Was greeted with kindness and was able to provide all information required to be accessible around the area.
So, to conclude
Pro :- Cosy and clean
Cons :- To provide shuttle to EuroPark if possible.

SSKMCarmenDidn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:-
1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code.
2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact???
3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god.
Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.

AAnonymous UserRecommended, cost-effective. Clean and quiet, breakfast is not bad. In addition to the place is not in the city center, but the bus stop is across the road. The restaurant in the brewery/beer museum not far away is superb, the fried pork chops are delicious, and the fresh beer is super delicious. The environment is clean and spacious. The hotel also gave a free beer ticket. We ate for two days because it was really delicious 😋

There are hair dryer en coffee machine available. However, make sure that you contact the property before arrival to ensure that you receive the code to access your room. There is no reception.

JJen20Hotel situated near to the old town which is easy walkable within few minutes to the old town and also to the main town. It is easily access via bus, within 5 mins walking from bus station to the hotel. Overall is quite acceptable stay with the rate.

이이순간즐겨라This hotel is a good choice considering its overall cost-effectiveness, but I recommend not raising your expectations too high. The overall facilities felt a bit old, and although it was clean, it was far from luxurious. There was no special charm to the point that I thought it was worse than a motel.
The green door is the elevator.
One of the biggest advantages is that there is a really delicious hamburger restaurant near the hotel. If you stay at this hotel, I recommend stopping by at least once.
Also, it is close to the central station, so it is within walking distance. If you plan to use the train, it is convenient to move around, so I was quite satisfied with the location. However, considering the room condition, I thought I would spend a little more money and stay at a better accommodation next time. If you add about 50,000 won, you can stay at a better hotel nearby, so if you have the budget, it would be a good idea to consider other options.
