AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and tidy. The landlady is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. Later, when I left, I forgot my hat to help us deliver the goods. Later, when I was cleaning up the room, I discovered that there was a plug for the charger, and I took the trouble to ask us again. It's really good. I will choose his home again when I go to Anji in the future.

GGuest UserIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay.
Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too.
Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day.
Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place.
Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss.
After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful.
That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

Meals: We ordered specialties in their store. We ordered fish stewed with tofu, white tea and scorched pork, fried sweet potato stick leaves. The proprietress personally took the spoon. The taste was local and authentic. Wow and the dishes were full. The two of us ate almost CD-ROM.
Room: Also very clean, good room type, suitable for couples and families to travel

Bamboo forest bamboo shoot digging-tea picking experience: The most anticipated experience this time was bamboo shoot digging. The boss's son led the team, and the difficult ones were all done by the younger brothers. You can take the bamboo shoots away as long as you have the strength to dig 😂 It's very fun, I will come again next time
The B&B is clean overall, and there are many entertainment activities to play in the B&B. I will choose this one next time I come to Anji

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home and comfortable. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful, offering the perfect escape from a busy day.
The room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall sense of comfort. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to choose from. What stood out the most was the owner, a friendly and warm-hearted host who went above and beyond. She even cooked noodles for us, and they were absolutely delicious!
Even though my stay was short, this hotel left a lasting impression. I can’t wait to return for a longer visit. Highly recommended!”

GGuest UserWe booked the room on a whim, but the experience was very good. The service of the lady boss made us feel at home. The room was bright, spacious and clean. The lady boss also opened the game console and the projector for us to sing. The lady boss also helped to call a taxi when we couldn't get one.
The key is that the food in the B&B is really delicious, especially the steamed eggplant, which is spicy and delicious. Many of the dishes in the B&B are fresh ingredients from their own backyard. It's a pity that I only had one meal. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Anji.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse is located at an altitude of about 800 meters, with mountain temperatures ranging from 24-27 degrees Celsius. After the rain, there was a slight chill, which was a welcome relief from the scorching 39-degree heat back home. I started planning this trip to Anji with my parents in August and was constantly looking for guesthouses. We successfully set off at the beginning of September. You can pre-order meals a day in advance; we chose a few home-style dishes. The portions were generous, and the food tasted great. Nearby, there's the famous 'Waterfall Coffee' spot, and after the rain, the waterfall's force was spectacular. Wearing Crocs, we had no trouble walking in the water. My sister and I usually take our parents on a short trip (one or two days) every season. This time, both the accommodation and the food were perfect, and my parents were very happy.

NniniroomThe hotel environment is nice, with fresh mountain air and surrounded by bamboo forests.
Facilities: With two children and an elderly person, the facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and electric heater. Underfloor heating was also available, but unfortunately, it wasn't turned on during our stay.
Cleanliness: Very clean. The children loved running around barefoot on the floor.
Service: The staff were very attentive and gave us a souvenir when we left, a thoughtful touch.
The hotel restaurant was quite good; even though we arrived late, the food was still quite appealing. Recommended! Breakfast was a bit simple, but there were freshly cooked noodles and wontons, which was sufficient.
I would consider staying here again next time I come to ski.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
