I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and every area was well looked after.

立地がとにかく素晴らしい。大聖堂を目の前にし、毎朝荘厳な建物を眺めることができる。 バスターミナルからも徒歩5分、バルの多い旧市街へも10分と抜群のアクセス。しかもとても静かだ。 サービスはスタッフが皆フレンドリーで親切だった。アジア人が何かを依頼すると嫌な顔をされることもよくあるが、ここではそんなことはない。素晴らしいサービス。 部屋は清潔で申し分ない。そしてベッドが素敵で、たいへん寝心地が良かった。 バルホッピングを目的としてサン・セバスティアンに来るなら、このホテルは最適な選択肢の一つだと感じた。

In addition to the bed, there were desks and chairs, so it was convenient to drink at night. The curtains were automatically closed with a button. The shared space had free coffee, cocoa and hot water machines, which were useful because they could drink freely. As for the location, it is a bit off the center, but there was no problem because you can go to the center in about 20 minutes on foot. You can also use dryers and irons in shared spaces. It was very helpful because I kept my luggage before check-in and after check-in! Thank you.

The key to the pension room is to open the first door, go up the stairs, and then open the second door. (I thought there was a locker with a key next to the first door, and I opened the breaker.) I was confused at first because the toilet was not locked and I was able to fully enjoy the city of San Sebastian thanks to the location.
