3-Star Hotels in Hersonissos

The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, but I'd only recommend it for night owls. Drunk guests were yelling until morning. Although the soundproofing in the room isn't bad, I still needed earplugs to get some sleep, which was still better than the previous hotel (no need to name names!)). The internet was good, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. The remote was in the room, but I couldn't get it to turn on. If it's a paid extra, the hotel administration should really state that on booking sites. My room was on the ground floor, so no direct sunlight meant it wasn't hot, and I didn't actually need the AC; I was comfortable. I'd advise potential guests to check with the hotel about this, as air conditioning in Crete can cost up to 10 euros per day. The internet is good, and the plumbing is excellent. The room itself is spacious and very stylish. What was missing from the kitchen were a sponge, a cutting board, and dish soap (for those who like to cook). I think the hotel owner should pay attention to these small details, as they should be interested in maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rooms.

Great central location with modern rooms. Frustratingly the rooftop pool was out of order during our stay which was disappointing.

The staff were amazing . The pool area and bar area were all new. Though our room was an old one it was cleaned daily .

It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

My stay here is very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Really enjoy my stay here. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean place, 3 mins walk to the beach and food served in the hotel was not too pricey and very tasty!

Apartment Stella Paradise by Checkin is very conveniently located in Hersonissos - the main city beach is just 5 minutes walk around a corner, 10 minutes of pleasant walk to the city promenade with restaurants and bars, and no more than 20 minutes walk along the coastal line of hotels, restaurants and small pebble beaches to the best nearest sandy beach of Sarandari. The apartments themselves are quite budget style, but at the same time is very comfortable accommodation option for travelers who appreciate the optimal combination of price and quality. Our room consisted of a small bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and kettle. For those who prefer to cook while traveling, there is a necessary minimum of cooking equipment, but we have ordered breakfasts, which were covered by Stella herself the owner of the apartments. I would like to say a special thank to Stella for all her help during our stay - she recommended wonderful restaurants and beaches, ordered taxi and table in the restaurant, and solved all the minor issues we had, this made travel planning very easy and made our stay very comfortable. Despite the fact that this is not a hotel but a complex of apartments, the room was cleaning every day. And a big advantage was the presence of a terrace where it was convenient to dry bathing suits after the beach, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. I will definitely stay here if I come to Hersonissos again.

True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!
