辦理入住前，我原本對這家酒店沒抱太高期望。但從同意我更改入住日期、便捷辦理入住手續，到入住房間後的舒適體驗，再到餐廳用餐的美好感受，都大大超出了我的預期。雖然付款了一些額外費用。 尤其要贊一下晚餐的品質，海鮮刺身入口便能感受到極致的新鮮。而且餐廳工作人員服務十分細緻，他們戴着手套，用幹布仔細擦拭每一衹玻璃杯，確保杯子上沒有一絲水痕和指紋。綜合入住體驗和房間價格來看，這裏的服務與設施堪稱完美，實在挑不出一點毛病！

The location is very good. Nemuro train station, the bus station came within five minutes. None of the front desk can speak English, let alone Chinese. Toiletries are available, as well as slippers.
