Clean and new property . Found many minor issues like drainage clogging, hair dryer and door lock issues. Owner responded immediately and sent people to check on it even late night. Good service ! If more amenities like tissues, plastic bags provided for refill will be much more appreciated

The hotel is practically abandoned. Several aggregators share the same building. There's no owner at all. Everything needs repair and replacement. Apparently, nothing has been done since 1995. Everyone maintains it as best they can. At least they don't charge too much; 88 ringgit per night is acceptable. It's perfectly fine for a short stay.

It was a wonderful stay in Treebridge… it’s a cheap and best for a decent stay. The hotel has, Awesome outdoor pool , which is very close to sea. We swim in sea from morning to afternoon and then we swim in the pool. The hotel room consist of quality bed, decent furniture, aircon, fridge , TV , wardrobe, iron box, hair dryer, dining table and a sofa. The two sea view Balcony is the top notch. Apart from this … Christopper Richard is a wonderful coordinator who helps us a lot in early checking… in addition to the Hotel coordinator he is a wonderful human being who loves the guest. He gave a bunch of discount vouchers for the attractions and restaurants. I made my mind that from here on if I Come to Penang he the man …. Regards, Gokul.

Location is superb. A unique experience I would say. Bed is comfortable. Love the view just right outside the glassdoor. However there are alot of flies. Mosquitoes i cant complaint lahh.. but flies... abit geli la honestly. However generally the whole place is quiet clean. Would be nice if mosquitoe repellant is provided. Ps: i have left the mosquitoe repellant in the room for next user. Use it well.

We are really enjoy this Hotel, good Customer Service and very helpful, nice room and nice sunrise View, Next time if coming penang confirm i will book this Hotel Again. But the lobby Counter people attitude Must be upgrade, When i Check Out don't know the key Pass to who, I'm going to Counter 1 she told me go to the counter 2, than counter 2 Say go back to Counter 1, that only I'm so angry, especially that lady Look like very lazy, always sitting there🤦🏻♂️

We had a family gathering here. The house is nice. Can fit big family. We had fun here. But I think the house is not properly clean well. The house stairs is dusty in the corner of the railing holder. Even in our bed room under the bed is very dusty and have some left over tissue and panty liners plastic. The toilet is not clean. It’s very dirty as I wipe the floor the wet tissue become black. The bed sheet also have bag worm. Luckily I already have some experience with previous house this time I bring my own bed sheet and pillow. So I change all. Didn’t use theirs. I just fold and put aside. The house swimming pool is ok except the part where the tiles is coming out and have some broken part. One of my family members feet is injured do to the sharpness. Also have some issue with checking in as we arrive at 3pm and wait until 3.30 the house is not ready yet. We come back after we had lunch at 4ish something we already Over all is a nice experience staying here. If u can maintain this place better. Will definitely and recommend this house to others. And we will repeat. Thank you.

Hotel and facilities is a bit old , smoker smoking at the stairs and cigarettes smell is there ta the corridor. Not so convenient on check In and car park charges is expensive. But the service and response to request is prompt

This is a self check-in boutique hotel, located near the seaside of Tanjung Bungah. It is a 3 storey bungalow house, with exceptionally large rooms. The location is good, not far from downtown area, and also popular beach area such as Batu Feringghi and Teluk Bahang. Overall it is good value for money, if you are just looking for a no frills and clean hotel for the night.
