3-Star Hotels in Hamilton County

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean. Our room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The location was convenient to our family and places to visit. We are grateful and will return again.

There were two bathrooms in our place. You would think that there would be plenty of hot water for 2 guest to shower. One had hot water and the other did not.

Very clean.   My only complaints  -  There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

Bed was not clean. There was hair and food crumbs on the sheets! Front desk clerk was very nice and brought us some sheets. She said that she was the only one at the hotel so she couldn’t send anyone to change the sheets for us so we had to change our own bed! Around 10pm after we had gone to bed, we started hearing someone running and jumping around in the room above us. We waited patiently for about an hour to see if they would settle down but finally had to call front desk and complain. Desk clerk said she would take care of it and after a few minutes the noise stopped. Didn’t get back to sleep until after midnight.

The hotel is close to the highway and the occupancy rate is not very high. Health is OK, that is, knocking on the door when it is very early in the morning. Breakfast is OK. There are waffles and fresh box of milk.

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

We stayed in total 2 weeks in a 2br suite and were pretty amazed. Great and friendly service, good quality rooms and nice area. Just the breakfast could be a little better.

Not bad, the environment can be, help colleagues to book, did not receive their dissatisfaction. I am very happy to have a room for me to continue to renew! This is very grateful!

No breakfast, Starbucks on the first floor can be purchased early. The environment is very good, located in the center of the town, 8 minutes walk from the shopping center. There are many restaurants nearby, including Red Lobster, Steak House and Japanese cuisine.

The hotel is old, especially the carpet has a damp smell and feels not clean. But its location is very good, the parking lot is large, the room is large, the service is good, the breakfast is good, because of the familiarity, I have lived here many times. Once I stayed at the Marriott Hotel next to me. Although it was luxurious, the room was small. I also reported two fire alarms in the middle of the night. The price was too low and the experience was too bad. So I often live here.
