AAnonymous UserCan walk to Harvard. Very satisfied with the hotel, there is a kitchen for cooking, the bathroom has underfloor heating, there is a big supermarket next to the hotel, the breakfast is very delicious, I have recommended it to several friends, and they are all satisfied

GGuest UserThe room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general. The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient.

乐乐More than 40 minutes away from Boston by car, but there are supermarkets for eating near the hotel. The large conference center is actually quite convenient. In the United States, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the room design is good, and the stay is satisfactory!

PP-SPlanned early on and booked our exact room type, a two queen studio suite. Price paid room confirmed. Upon check in, front desk says nothing about room change or availability. Entered the room, figured it was a one queen room. Called the front desk, told us our room type was over sold and this was the only room we can get. No apologies, no upgrade, no compensation, no shame. Only solution is “you can talk to the manager tomorrow morning”.
Had to have phone and in-app conversation with our travel agent for 2 hours to finally reach some compromise. And had to stick with the wrong room type.
Facilities are ok. But hotel service is terrible.

GGuest UserThe hotel I booked for the driver is not too far from the city center. It takes more than an hour to drive there due to traffic jams on weekday mornings. It is OK on weekends when there is no traffic jam and it only takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the city center.

I had a fantastic stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Marlboro by IHG**. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to get a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and major routes. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Marlboro area and would definitely stay here again!

Ssh****I stayed here in 2018, and this time I stayed here again. It was still a great experience; the rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean.
The only downside is that there are no shops nearby, except for a small convenience store on the first floor.
