"Excellent location within 5 mins walking distance from Gongbei port and Zhuhai HSR station. Hotel has a well equipped gym and free laundry service. Despite being a non smoking floor or room, many of the rooms still have a smoke smell. The intern receptionist assisted me to change the room twice to a non-smoking room. The rooms are not well sound proof as you can hear the people talking along the corridor but the hotel has kindly provided free ear plugs in the room for usage. Receptionist Yang is thoughtful and gives out free eye masks during check out."

"This was a truly exceptional choice, one I'd even commend myself for making. The room was spacious, elegant, clean, and bright, with a fantastic design. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hairdryer was far superior to those found in similar hotels. From the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a unique view overlooking the cityscape and the sea in the distance. The buffet breakfast was exquisitely prepared with a wide variety of dishes that really hit the spot. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were professional and proactive, yet maintained a comfortable distance, offering excellent service. It was an experience that far exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth recommending."

"The hotel is very well located and has a very good structure with beautiful and comfortable rooms. The staff are very kind and friendly. This makes our stay much more pleasant. Breakfast is delicious and has a vast variety of options. The only point to be improved is that daily cleaning of the rooms that could be improved. Some times the cleaning is not so good. But in general, it is a great place to stay."

"Full marks, highly recommended! The Zhuhai Xiangwang Hotel made my trip perfect. Bringing my child to Zhuhai this time, choosing the Xiangwang Hotel was absolutely the right decision! From check-in to check-out, it was a constant stream of pleasant surprises. I simply have to write a detailed positive review to recommend it to everyone~ The hotel's location is simply a gem! It's only a 15-minute walk to Zhuhai Station, and right next to Gongbei Port, making it super convenient for crossing the border to Macau or taking the high-speed train. If you're driving, there's free parking and even EV charging stations, which is incredibly friendly for self-drivers. The surrounding area is bustling; downstairs, there's Starbucks, McDonald's, and various small eateries. You can walk to Fuhuali Commercial Area and Xiawan Night Market, so you'll never have to worry about finding food and entertainment in the evening. After a delicious meal, you can stroll along Lover's Road and enjoy the sea breeze – it's incredibly pleasant. The parent-child facilities really captivated both me and my child! We booked the little yellow duck family room, and as soon as we entered, my child shrieked with joy. The room was full of cute elements, with bunk beds and a super-large double bed, providing ample space for a family of four. The room had an exclusive bathtub, mini toiletries, and kids' slippers, and even a special toilet seat for young children – the attention to detail was so thoughtful. The huge children's playground on the sixth floor let my child completely burn off energy, finally allowing us parents to relax. We could even order takeout and have a robot deliver it to our room – very high-tech. Room comfort was top-notch! The bedding was as soft as clouds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was immaculate. The smart toilet with heating function was incredibly comfortable, especially during humid southern weather. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent lighting. In the evening, we snuggled on the sofa and watched shows on the projector, with picture quality so clear it felt like a mini-cinema. The smart home system, with voice control for lights and air conditioning, was a blessing for lazy people. Service was heartwarming to the core! The front desk ladies were as friendly as old friends. We arrived early, and since our room wasn't ready, they proactively gave our child tokens for the claw machine and patiently recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies. Fearing we might forget, they even sent us a written guide. When I wanted an extra thin blanket, it was delivered within 5 minutes after a phone call. The cleaning auntie, seeing I wasn't feeling well, even offered to boil water for me. Upon check-out, we received a souvenir gift. Throughout our stay, we felt truly valued and cared for. While the breakfast didn't boast an overwhelming variety, it was exquisite and nutritious, offering Chinese porridge, Cantonese dim sum, Western bread, and milk – enough to fuel us for the day ahead. The hotel also has a gym, laundry room, and executive lounge, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The value for money absolutely surpasses other hotels in the same price range! Next time I visit Zhuhai, I will definitely stay here again. I've already recommended it to friends who plan to visit Zhuhai. Whether it's for a family trip, business travel, or cross-border travel, choosing Xiangwang Hotel is always the right choice~"

"The hotel location is perfect. Minutes away from the beach and easily accessed by any public transportation. The room is nothing fancy but good enough since we don't always stay inside the room. I really appropriate for allowing me to have higher floor so that I can see nice view of both sunset & sunrise. The most important it is price wise. I might likely come again one day."

"We had an amazing mid autumn 2025 vacation at this hotel. We would like to thank to the whole staff for their hospitality and devotional services. Especially Ben, with his incredible hospitality management skills moved our experience to another level. Ben upgraded our room, sent a wonderful birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and helped us with other countless requests. We strongly believe that Ben and the rest of the hotel staff should be rewarded for providing an excellent level of service quality. Even during the busiest period of the year they managed to keep the service level at the highest. Other than that, the room was spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, the river view was amazing and the location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a nice mall right next to the hotel and the new neighboring bbq restaurant is also very nice. "Our room was incredibly spacious! We stayed on the 11th floor this time. The service was excellent; housekeeping even went above and beyond, providing extra bottled water and bringing children's slippers and toothbrushes. The room was impeccably clean. The family suite featured a large bed and a sofa bed. The hot water temperature was consistently stable, and the air conditioning operated quietly – two crucial factors for a comfortable stay. We slept soundly through the night; it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. When breakfast got busy, they promptly opened another dining area, showing great efficiency in their arrangements. Ample parking was available. It's only a 30-minute drive to Yu Hot Spring, and the surrounding scenery is truly picturesque! We'd definitely love to bring the kids back again in October if we can!"

On the 19th floor, there's a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient and caters to different needs. The front desk service was superb; check-in was quick, and I didn't have to wait for check-out either."

"Quite clean and the location is excellent, very close to the border crossing. There are plenty of food options nearby. The service was good, and the decor is pretty nice. The shower water was also very comfortable. My only minor complaint is the deposit requirement, which feels unnecessary and a bit unreasonable."

"Wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were so much friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and brand new, especially the bedding was super comfortable and neat. I'm a noise-sensitive person, but I didn't hear any noise during my stay. It was a great experience, i’d like to choose here again and recommend my friends or family to stay here. It’s also a good choice for long term travel, since they have kitchen equipment in the room, just like a furnished studio. This hotel is also pet-friendly, with a separate floor for pets, super nice. I'll definitely bring my dog with me next time."
