4-Star Hotels in Hersonissos

Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

Beautiful hotel, right in the city center. I had a suite, but unfortunately, the room’s hygiene was disappointing. The air conditioning blew out strange dust clouds — it turned out to be extremely dirty (see photo). In addition, the shower seals were full of mold, so I didn’t shower. The room faced a derelict building, which also came with a terrible sewage-like smell. Such a shame. With half board, you get a credit to spend — which is actually a clever system — and the food itself was very good and delicious. But having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast is just absurd. That should simply be included 🤷🏼♀️

Hotel is based in quite and peaceful area,to town center is about 10-15min walk, to the beach 20 min .Food in there amazing taste full and price really affordable .Hotel staff helpfull in any matter.We are really happy to guest in there. Big Thank you to the hotel.

Room wasn’t ready on arrival. We were offered another hotel for the 1st night however we didn’t accept and decided to stay with my daughter. The staff were extremely apologetic and agreed on our departure we could keep our room on till 6pm . Food was ok and plenty of choice. Ordering drinks from the main bar in the evening was a task and we could be waiting up to 40 mins as only 2-3 staff making drinks.

This was our 2nd time in Palmera after it was renovated. Had a great few days there, most AMAZING professional and polite staff, we were given access to a superb room, with beautiful sea views and plenty of space. The combination of price, location, staff and hotel quality is simply unbeatable. We are making this or only hotel destination in Hersonissos irrespective of time of year

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

Up to 4* I think this hotel is not pulling. A simple, small hotel. But the location of the hotel is just chic - at the center of all events :). The staff is very friendly and responsive, especially in the hotel's receptacle. From the hotel through the dining room there is a cool outlet to the sea. The view of the sea from the dining room is excellent (see photo). But why in this hotel take 10 euros as a pledge when issuing towels that you return when they return. Drinking bottled water only when inhabited, no longer update. Room was cleaned daily. Towels change in day after day.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

My husband and I had a good stay but maybe next time we visit we can get a ground floor accommodation as my husband has bad knees kind regards Lena Carr

Very friendly staff who go the extra mile. Location is good about 20 min from the airport .The spa that's on the hotel premises is very good too.
