Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Waouh, excellent contact with the agent! The explanations for the arrival were very clear and well detailed. The apartment is perfectly clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped with refrigerator, freezer, boiler and everything necessary. The bedroom is comfortable and the bathroom is innocent. The price-quality ratio is simply exceptional. The apartment is ideally located, very close to the city centre.

We had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout. We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch. Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels. Complimentary WiFi TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son. Apartment had amazing views from the balcony! When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner. Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city. Would highly recommend staying here.

White space, in the center of the commercial street, you can walk around after you go, and you can walk to all places The room is large and convenient to check in. It is recommended to contact WhatsApp in advance to get the check-in password (check in time is not limited)

Conveniently located. The room was clean and there was a balcony.  One problem was a lack of a safe. I had to carry my money and values with me throughout the entire stay in Cagliari for fear of break in.  There are also no cameras in the apartment building, or common area of the B&B so if you were to be broke into, there wouldn’t be surveillance. Luckily nothing went wrong!

The room is a little small, but it's clean and hygienic. The bathroom has also been renovated and is very neat and clean. The service attitude of the staff is also good. I often ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There are 2 good restaurants nearby, one is Wenzhou Restaurant and the other is Food Line Work (see picture), both of which are pretty good. The hotel's own restaurant didn't taste very good. The lobster pasta I ordered didn't even have half of it, and there were very few lobsters. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center and there is only one scenic spot nearby (see picture), but it is cost-effective. The hotel itself does not have a beach, swimming pool or gym. Need to go to the beach by yourself

The hotel is far from 4*. Only big and spacious. But nothing (swimming pool, sauna, fitness facilities). I am very upset that the bathroom accessories in the bathroom are completely inconsistent.
