The staffs (especially Hirosan) are warm welcome and so helpful. You can see Fuji while doing onsen. Kitchen is full of culinary equipments e.g. rice cooker, coffee dripping machine, stove, pots and pans. Walk 5 mins to the sakura walk way.

Nice stay at the hotel. Hotel has both public and private onsen (additional cost via reservation). Location of the hotel is on top of a relatively steep slope. Kinda challenging even for cars to get up there, tight lanes and few parking spaces. Hotel has no lift so beware! Hotel has no restaurant but a lounge that serve breakfast, afternoon snacks and small bites for dinner. The room is huge by Japanese standards. Even room has a view of the lake. Good stay!

hime_queenStayed here with a friend! We were given a kind and helpful guide, and there was a great selection of bath salts, drinks, and snacks! The pool was a bit cold for the season, but it was spacious and relaxing! My only wish was that check-out could be a little later! For the BBQ, you only pay a site fee, but you have to buy your own groceries from a nearby supermarket!

Guest UserA typical hotel, we rented a traditional room with dinner and breakfast. The room had a view of the mountain. The room is large with all amenities. We were provided with kimano and pajamas. The Onsen are beautiful, I've been lucky and I've always been there alone. The dinner was great, but we were already full on the 6th course, and there were 2 times more dishes)

HahahahajingOur trip to Lake Kawaguchiko with Mount Fuji was a fresh and exciting experience! We got to see Mount Fuji and also enjoy a campfire and camping. It's perfect for families, couples too, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The location isn't super close to Kawaguchiko Station; it's about an 11-minute taxi ride, so it's more suitable for those with their own car. Along the way, you'll see a pretty big daily necessities shopping area worth exploring. At the hotel's entrance, there's a burger joint, a pizza place, and a steak restaurant, all of which are quite good.
The hotel has its own shuttle bus 🚌. To get picked up from Kawaguchiko Station to the campsite, you need a Japanese phone number to call and book in advance. There's no shuttle service on weekends. For the return trip to Kawaguchiko, you can book with the front desk beforehand, and they'll drop off both people! We didn't know this and only found out by chance when we met other guests taking the shuttle! An 11-minute ride saved us over a hundred yen in taxi fares, sniff sniff~
PAO is the tent area ⛺, and Villa is the small villa area 🏡. For first-timers, I'd recommend the small villas. The tools and facilities explanations there are more comprehensive and complete, plus they have a private hot tub! For those in the tent area, the restrooms are outside the tent, which is a bit inconvenient. Both areas can use the large public bath in the lobby, which is separated by gender.
The email mentioned that outside food is not allowed, and breakfast and dinner require ordering the hotel's set meals to cook yourself. However, the room comes with a bundle of firewood and a portable stove. In the PAO area, you can experience chopping wood, and we were given a glass bottle to remind us to try fetching water from Mount Fuji. There's also an 'Easter egg hunt' activity where you can exchange a certain number of finds for small gifts. This camping spot encourages building a fire for warmth 🔥, but remember to operate it correctly and safely in designated areas. On a clear night, sitting outdoors by the fire with a blanket, gazing at the stars, creates an incredibly atmospheric experience 🌌.
Even though it was my first time and I didn't do extensive research, I already think it's unbeatable. Coming here as a family was much more interesting and fun than just seeing the lake, cherry blossoms, and shopping in Kawaguchiko. We had a blast! 🥰🥰🥰

This private rental house was super clean inside and had a really comfortable design 💕. We slept so well, highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Remember to register your accommodation information online the day before to avoid having to do it on-site. The online registration process is simple and straightforward; just follow the steps and upload your passport details. When you arrive, there's a tablet by the room door where you'll tap to check in, confirm your pre-registered information, and take a photo to complete the check-in process. ☺️
There's a Lawson and a 7-11 nearby, so restocking anything you need is incredibly convenient! ~~~~

The room is large and the bed is a capsule hotel type. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for friends traveling together. But it is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It is quite convenient. There is a kitchen for cooking. The scenery is very good under Mount Fuji.

Anonymous UserBeautiful resort located at Motosu Lake area, a quieter and more relaxing location for those who drive.
Rooms are renovated, clean and new.
Onsen is good, not crowded during our stay.
Games Room operating time from 4 pm to 9.30 pm.
Breakfast and dinner are good.
The autumn leaves at the resort are beautiful, red, yellow and orange.
This resort also catered to large tour groups but we didn't encounter any issues.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The cleanliness of the room is decent but can be better. Saw some crumbs at the carpet after checking in. Got a room facing mt fuji. The onsen was great (both indoor and outdoor) with a view of Mt Fuji. Free parking at the back of hotel and room was spacious. There was quite a number of tour group who stayed at the hotel. Within walking distance there is a place to shop (Daiso, Aeon and coin laundry)
