The hotel is located in the Loop area, with a relatively high safety factor. The location is excellent, close to the Chicago River, and it is very convenient for boat trips. The explanation given by the hotel is: the price with breakfast allows customers to cancel the reservation at any time a few hours before check-in, which only gives you the right to cancel the reservation. This is the only unpleasant point of the stay. I stayed for 5 nights and spent nearly 6,000 yuan to buy this breakfast. Although the solution provided by Ctrip is a drop in the bucket, it is more important to be in a good mood when you go out, so I just give up. Clean and stylish. The style feels very Chicago with the post modern style details: pink neon lights mono chrome sculptures and black and white photos of the stars. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fast. We were desperate to catch a bus and these folks made it happen. Close to the airport, which is definitely nice after a long flight.

Excellent location. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the breakfast; even though it states you've booked breakfast, when you arrive, you only get credit to use at the restaurant, and the credit isn't enough for a full breakfast. Plus, they serve very few people at a time, so you have to wait to eat. On our last day, we had to wait an hour.

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

It's very close to the Jewish community. There are some shopping places nearby. The room is not small and very warm. The hotel is also good. There are many choices for food in the surrounding area. Generally speaking, it is worth recommending.

The room was decent, with a hostel-style size and decor that felt just right. The lobby and common areas were quite comfortable. The best part was definitely the central location, making it easy to get anywhere. I was really satisfied, and it offered good value for money.

I've never had such an experience before. In my whole life I barely give 2 stars feedback to property, honestly I just wanna give 1 star feedback but the residents are friendly and nice that why I add one more star for them. The location is really convenient, room setting is super clean and organization. However, the black old lady who works at front desk is really mean and rude, she tried to bully me when I was checking in. Her service attitude likes she's guest I'm staff, and I owed her money, too. After check in my mood is really down, so I can't get any reason is why I pay almost $400 a night come here to get treatment like that. If you come to check Chicago I won't recommend this hotel for, or if you like the hotel but don't come to check in around 11am-1pm on Saturday！

I made a mistake with my reservation but the staff was so kind to help me solve the problem. the hotel itself is a little outdated, but it is a good stay near the airport.  the airport shuttle bus is very punctual, and the location is very nearby the airport. I also tried dining at Gibson’s steakhouse, which is a steakhouse within the hotel premise , and it was full with locals and conference visitors. Taste was okay.

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.
