It is conveniently located between San Antonio and Austin. It is the perfect get away if you are looking for a relaxing weekend or week on the river.Nolan Street River house offers a spacious open floor plan. It has thee bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, toiletries and toilet paper. The Kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, dishes and basic condiments. There long circular driveway has plenty of parking.The river house has a huge back yard with lots of outdoor spaces to entertain and great views of the Guadalupe river. There is a deck with a BBQ grill and seating that leads down to the river with plenty of space to lounge and hang out with family and friends. The gorgeous oak trees on the property are some of the oldest in Seguin.If you are looking for more of an adventure, you don't have to go far from here to find it.
