Thanks for looking at our newly built 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home, nestled in a sand dune in Sheridan Beach! The house was built in July 2022. The beach is a short 1/4 mile walk away, about 5 minutes.The house has an open layout - the kitchen opens up to the living/dining rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fully finished walkout basement, a big front deck and a screened in porch in back.Our home has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The bedroom layouts are as follows:Master Bedroom - 1st floor, queen bed, private bathroom2nd Bedroom - 2nd floor, queen bed, 32" Roku TV3rd Bedroom - 2nd floor, king bed, 32" Roku TV4th Bedroom - Huge bedroom in the basement - 2 queen beds and a 43" Roku TV5th Bedroom - Small "kids" bedroom with 3 twin beds - a triple bunk bed!The spaceYou will love this vacation home, a short walk away from the beach! Our home has a couple great outdoor options: a large deck at the front of the house and a screen porch in back. The inside of the house has an open layout, with the kitchen opening to the dining area and living room. The living room has a sectional couch. The basement has a family room with a sectional couch.There are 5 televisions in the house. All 5 TVs are Roku TVs. The living room, basement and 3 bedrooms have televisions. The house has reliable high speed wireless internet (wifi). There is room for plenty of parking in front of the house and along our empty lot next door.This home has plenty of appeal throughout the year.
