MM38832****I've pretty much stayed at all the Jiahua hotels within the province. They're primarily kid-friendly and great for families. This was my first time visiting Nankun Mountain, so Jiahua was naturally my top choice. This particular one is nestled in a valley. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded our room, which was a nice surprise! Seeing I had two kids, they gave each child a plushie, plus extra game tokens and boat ride vouchers – a big thank you to the front desk lady. Right downstairs from our room was the outdoor hot spring area and kids' pool, which was super convenient. The cave hot springs seem to be a signature feature of Jiahua, almost every branch has them, and they create a lovely ambiance. This one felt even better, with a 'water curtain cave' and complimentary sugary fruits, juice, and fruit. The kids loved it. I specifically chose the dinner package; breakfast was decent, but dinner was just so-so. I'll definitely come back next time.

Thanks to my friend Lin to made our stay at this hotel absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The kids loved the shallow, warm pools, while we enjoyed the relaxing mineral-rich hot springs with stunning ocean views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering kid-friendly amenities and thoughtful touches like beach toys and floaties.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a cozy yet luxurious vibe. Waking up to the sound of waves and soaking in our private outdoor tub was pure bliss. The on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh meals with plenty of options for both adults and little ones.What really stood out was the hotel's attention to detail—child-safe pools, fun activities like seashell hunting, and even a mini dining area for kids! We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next trip. Highly recommend for families looking for relaxation and fun by the sea!

GGuest UserI stayed there for the second time. It was a new hotel with high cost performance. The breakfast was very rich during the stay. A hot spring bath instantly eliminated the fatigue of the journey. The staff greeted me warmly. Thank you to Xiao Cui at the front desk for the late check-out. The coffee in the lobby was strong and fragrant. There was also a concierge brother who helped with the luggage. It was great to free my hands.

AAilvxingdejiziOverall, it is good. It is a family trip with a good environment and a golf room with beautiful scenery. The front desk lady Aria is super nice and tries to meet any needs. Two cups of latte are also given as a gift. The children's outdoor playground, water park, and indoor playground can also satisfy the children's physical exertion. The only drawback is that pets can live together. If you bring children to check in, you are worried that there will be hidden dog hair in the room. The receptionist at the door is not very active. He just stood there and waited for us to get off the car and called him to come and help unload the luggage. The room hygiene was not deep cleaned after the deep cleaning was explained. There were still hairs in the toilet and melon seed shells under the sofa. The dishes in the restaurant tasted okay. The beautiful lady A Yan in the restaurant also provided good service. Knowing that it was my husband's birthday, she gave me a night of longevity noodles 🍜 but the buffet dinner was not cost-effective.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — everything we needed was provided. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Especially I want to mention Robbie - our consierge, he was very helpful, always at reach and quick to help.
The location is perfect — close to the beach.
The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the entire property was well maintained. We truly felt at home and would gladly return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

MM50610****For the National Day holiday, we looked at many places. We didn't want to travel too far, and we were worried that coastal areas hadn't fully recovered from the previous typhoon. So, we opted for a hotel with integrated entertainment options. We chose a family room, and the facilities were excellent, especially the two bedrooms and two bathrooms – perfect for our two adults and three children. One of the beds was a bunk bed, which was great!
We tried out many facilities, especially the swimming pool, which was ideal for kids; the 1.4-meter-deep section only came up to their waist. The lifeguards here were incredibly professional. If any child was misbehaving, trying to climb up the slide the wrong way, or doing anything dangerous, they would immediately blow their whistle to stop them! This really allowed us adults to relax completely!
Upon checking in, we added Bailey on WeChat, and they always responded instantly. They would check in at different times to ask if we needed any supplies, which I found very thoughtful!
The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and replenished quickly!
The only minor drawback was that there were too few trash cans in the room, and they filled up very quickly! It would be great if they could provide more garbage bags!

Ooen****This hotel is perfect for family trips. It's very close to the beach; you literally step from the pool straight onto the sand. Although the beach is shared, it's very clean and has plenty of sun loungers and rinsing stations for feet and bodies, so there's no queue. For a National Day holiday, there weren't too many people on the beach, and I imagine it's even less crowded on a regular weekend. Around 3 or 4 PM, the hotel's shadow gradually covers the beach, so even those who are sun-sensitive can still enjoy playing in the sand in the afternoon. The waves close to the shore are quite big, not ideal for swimming but great for surfing, and there's a surf club nearby. If you don't want to surf, just floating in a large swim ring near the shore to feel the waves is also a lot of fun.
The street right outside the hotel is lined with various restaurants, a McDonald's, bubble tea shops, and even a fireworks store. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby, making it extremely convenient. The mini-mart inside the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of items at reasonable prices.
As for the rooms, the Sky Tower is closest to the sea, offering the most spectacular ocean views. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, the moonrise in the afternoon, and enjoy the moon at night. The twin-bed rooms in the Sky Tower are exceptionally well-suited for families, featuring double sinks, a walk-in closet, a spacious desk (large enough for three people to sit around), ample seating, and a large bathtub on the balcony. The fully separate shower room has a changing area designed within it, equipped with plenty of shelving for clothes, and even includes shower slippers. Room amenities are also plentiful, with six bottles of water provided daily, plus a complimentary bathtub liner, steam eye masks, and mosquito repellent patches – very thoughtful.
During our stay over the National Day holiday, it was quite busy, but the lobby offered welcome drinks, which was a nice touch. They also provided a DIY fruit and snack buffet upon check-in, where you could pick your own fruits or snacks, which is much more popular with children than simply being given a pre-selected welcome fruit.
The hotel's pools offer a lot of variety, with plenty of shaded areas provided by greenery, so it doesn't get too sunny. The highlight is the abundance of free inflatable floats and kickboards, which kept us entertained for a long time. My favorite was the infinity pool on the 32nd floor of the Sky Tower, which stays open until 11 PM, allowing you to swim while admiring the moon over the sea. Indoors, there's a cinema, KTV, billiards, archery, and a pretty large kids' play area, so you never have to worry about getting bored.
Furthermore, the hotel's accessibility design is excellent. Whether going to the beach or the outdoor pool on the first floor, there are no stairs; everything is ramped, and slippery areas have anti-slip mats. This is much better than the Le Méridien Xiaojing Bay and shows the hotel's thoughtful consideration for guests.
However, perhaps because it was during the National Day holiday, some staff members seemed to lack sufficient training and spoke rather stiffly. The charging spots in the parking lot were few, and the charging instructions were inadequate. The pendant light next to the bed in the room was too close to the bed, making it easy to bump into (luckily, the light is round and lightweight). Nevertheless, these minor issues don't overshadow the many highlights of the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied and have made many wonderful memories here. I will definitely visit again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is perched on a hilltop. To be honest, I didn't plan this trip at all; it was completely spontaneous!
The front desk service was excellent, and our 'Star Butler' (Xingxing Guanjia) was exceptionally thoughtful, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. I genuinely want to extend my heartfelt thanks to her for her truly five-star service!
The ”One Drop Water Library” and ”Cliff Pavilion” are definitely the highlights of the hotel. My first regret is that the weather wasn't cooperative, so we couldn't go down to the beach for a swim. Secondly, being summer vacation, there were many children around, making it quite noisy. My third disappointment was that the cleanliness didn't quite match the hotel's price tag. This is my genuine and honest experience, and I hope other Ctrip users will also leave truthful reviews to provide reliable guidance for future guests.

JJieyuThe water park was good, and the kids had a blast with all the facilities.
The beach is large with a long coastline, but the sand is very coarse, making it uncomfortable to walk on.
The rooms are old and dated. The shower room was the dirtiest, and even the obscure corners of the washbasin were filthy. The cleanliness standards are clearly lacking. On the plus side, the balcony is long and good for drying clothes.
The breakfast buffet food was placed in the corridor, which felt unhygienic. Worse yet, an old man in a bathrobe repeatedly reached into the serving dishes with bare hands to grab fruit and eat it, piece after piece. It was appalling, and no staff intervened. Furthermore, staff were serving boiled eggs onto plates with their bare hands, without gloves – truly shocking.
However, the outdoor lobby bar was lovely in the evenings, with live singing performances, framed by fireworks over the sea and the water park's pool. It was quite beautiful.
What they call a hotel is actually a complex of five apartment buildings, suggesting a very large number of rooms.
The lobby was also dirty, understaffed, and chaotic. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us, and we had to manage our own luggage cart.
