Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep. The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above. Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the familiar atmosphere of an old five-star hotel hit me. The perfect luxury and elegance made me relax instantly. When I checked in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and arranged a room on the 44th floor for me. During the entire stay, the service in the executive lounge impressed me the most. Yumei, like the warm sun in spring, has a bright smile, a lively and lovely personality, and can always keenly capture the needs of guests, making people feel warm. There are also Shizhi and Bindian, who are also enthusiastic and considerate. Their busy figures in the lounge have become a beautiful landscape here. They use professional and thoughtful services to make every guest feel at home. In contrast, the service in the fitness center on the 5th floor is so-so. When I met a male and female waiter, they all had cold faces. In short, the executive room is recommended, which is very cost-effective.

The hotel is in a good location, and you can stroll along the Yongjiang River when you come out~ The service attitude is good, and the takeaways you order will be delivered to the door of the room, especially Miss Peng Jie is very patient and solves many problems for us. The mini zoo has alpacas, peacocks, and sika deer. The children like it very much and feed them carrots. The hotel breakfast is very rich. This is the best of the five or six hotels I stayed in Nanning this trip. It's great! I want to stay here next time I come to Nanning!

Good hotel. The subway stop is literally 5 minutes walk away. You can take the subway from the translation. The hotel is connected to Wanda plaza during the day. There's a little market aswell behind the Wanda. The room was bigger than expected. Good check in. The bed is comfy good pillows. Would definetly recommend and stay here again.

Very satisfied with the stay, the hotel has a good location, it is only a dozen minutes' drive from Nanning East Station ~ there are taxis at the door, it is very convenient to travel, it is very close to Hangyang MixC, the hotel staff are warm and polite, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities and equipment are complete, the room is equipped with fruits, the details are very good. Xiaofu's service is very good, the buffet breakfast on the second floor is also very rich, the brown sugar steamed buns are delicious, and there is freshly ground coffee, the price-performance ratio is still good, next time I come to Nanning for business, I will choose Tianlongwan

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

Although the sanitation is OK, it is not recommended to stay. The bathroom did not overflow, but I still hope that the bathroom drain can be unblocked from top to bottom. Don't save this money. I stayed for 3 nights. When I brushed my teeth and washed my face by the sink, I had to smell the stench of the sewer every day. It was a bit nauseating. The air conditioner in the room can only be used as an electric fan, not cooling. Fortunately, Nanning cooled down significantly during the 3 nights I stayed, so I could still bear it, otherwise I really couldn't live there. In addition, the hotel door is not soundproof. Next door, a family of two rooms, old and young, came back from nightlife in the middle of the night, bang bang, the door opened and closed dozens of times, and the children also knocked on my door in the middle of the night as a prank and ran away. The old one was probably locked outside the door, and he didn't ring the doorbell, but directly knocked on the door with his hands quickly and loudly, and screamed at the top of his throat. The quality of this family is really amazing, and they don't even look at the time. After breakfast, the family was still banging on the door and yelling in the corridor. The hotel is cheap, so it is easier to encounter poor quality residents. As for takeaways, the hotel asked the takeaway staff to deliver them directly... Let's talk about breakfast, which is a simple one. It was exactly the same for 3 days. I cried...

We needed a hotel because we arrived too late for the bus. Guangxi can be surprisingly cold in winter and this place was warm. The bed was tremendous and comfortable, the design of the room modern and clean. There was an included bath tub. The minibar was pretty pricey but breakfast looked good and there are convenient Chinese food (Guangxi pho) and Western (pizza and coffee) nearby. All in all we were quite pleased and would stay again.

The hotel is very grand and luxuriously decorated. Bottled water is generous and available at your convenience. The room is very large with a wide view. The evening tea at the Cantonese restaurant on the 51st floor is very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. No need to go out to find food.
