We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

It was a wise choice to choose this hotel for this trip! The location is very good, you can walk to several popular attractions, there are bus stops and subway stations nearby, and it is super convenient to travel. The hotel is located at the Golden Sand Beach, where you can see the sea while lying on the bed. The room is clean and sanitary, with complete facilities. The bathtub is deep and long, so you can see the sea while taking a bath. The facilities for children to play are also very interesting. The hotel is newly renovated in 2024, so I have been looking forward to it before I stayed in the hotel, but the stay has surprised me! First of all, I have to praise the manager Wang Xiangxuan in the lobby. I booked an elegant big bed and helped me upgrade to a sea view bed for free, so that I can lie on the bed and watch the sea! Before I checked in, I warmly reminded me of the driving route. When I arrived at the hotel, I enthusiastically took me to the restaurant and then sent me to the parking lot... I was wearing a down jacket, she was wearing a workwear, and now I want to come, and I am still a little touched. You have to welcome fruit at the hotel, leave the store and have a souvenir, just for this hotel, and come to Yantai again this summer!

Taking advantage of the May Day holiday to take the children out for a walk, at the request of my daughter, the hotel requires a bathtub and a tent. For a family with two children, the bed must be big enough. After choosing for a long time, I feel that only Fulitai International Hotel meets the requirements and the price is reasonable. We arrived at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. I thought we would have to wait until 2 o'clock to check in, but I didn't expect Niu Xueping and Liu Yanhui at the front desk to check us in enthusiastically and upgrade us to a big-mouthed monkey theme room for free. As soon as we entered the guest room, Xiaoqing from the housekeeping depar**ent brought fruits and yogurt in time. Because there were more of us and the water consumption was relatively large, Xiaohong and Xiaona from the housekeeping depar**ent brought us mineral water and quilts, which was really meticulous care. Breakfast was what the two little ghosts looked forward to the most. I met the enthusiastic aunt Wang Li again, who kept helping the children get things and also took my favorite American for me. When the children were reluctant to check out, they said that they would stay in this hotel next time they come to Yantai. Just when they were about to leave, they received a gift from Uncle Li Xiaocheng. It was such a surprise. The children were very happy and said that they would give this hotel 120 points. After staying in so many hotels, this hotel really impressed us. This is a warm hotel with just the right service temperature. Thanks to Niu Xueqing, Liu Yanhui, Xiaoqing, Xiaohong, Xiaona, Wang Li, and Li Xiaocheng for bringing the children wonderful memories.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

Great and comfortable stay.. whenever I travel for business - I always look for good night sleep after the hectic day. Perfect sleep , perfect stay , not very far from the location I needed to visit

Overall happy with the stay, service was somewhat good and where we asked for things they would do it quickly. I have an allergy to gluten and milk and I asked the manager and then the next few days they would bring out special bread and ham for me. On the downside the hotel offers a pool table inside but when we went to go on it they were charging 40RMB per hour which is very steep. Should be free considering it’s a 5 star hotel, plus they have mini carts outside which you can rent but they wanted 300RMB per hour!! I almost fell over when they said that. They had about 30 of them outside and not a single one was being used, should be much cheaper or affordable. Just a note if you speak Chinese it helps as you can haggle on price for pool table and get to use it free. Only one or two of the staff speak some English, most do not so just a warning for the English speaking, just use translate. Location is ok but quite a way to get to a more busier part for relaxing at. We were there for business and location was good for this. Breakfast was too busy every time we went down we had to go looking for a table if there were any free so that’s a downside. If you go in the busy period in July then be warned.

It is a very good hotel I often go out to play with my children and have stayed in many family hotels. This time I returned to my grandparents’ house in Weihai and took a boat to Yantai to stay overnight. After choosing a hotel for a long time, I found this five-star hotel with no bad reviews. I originally only chose hotels in the group chain, but suddenly I was curious. Mainly, it fully meets my requirements Before checking in, I called to confirm and learned that I was directly upgraded to a parent-child room with my baby. The room is very large and newly decorated. The swimming pool is a seawater swimming pool and the gym also meets basic needs. There is also a mini children's playground with a laundry room and a microwave. Children's bed rails are also provided. The second hotel I encountered had a fence fixed to the bed with nails. Across the road is the sea. The sand is super fine and clean. I even think the experience this season is better than Sanya. I didn’t bring sand digging tools and the front desk gave me a set for my baby. The most important thing is that the hotel gave me the impression that the service was timely and sincere from the moment I parked the car. The concierge helped with luggage and guided me. After checking in at the front desk, I took him directly into the room and took a look at what was missing. It was brought to me right away. Any employee I encountered when I got lost in the hotel was kind and helpful. Returning to the room is very friendly to children. As long as any request is reasonable but not excessive, the hotel will basically meet it immediately. There are few places to eat near the hotel, and takeout is more convenient. If you drive, it’s beautiful to play along the coastline. The only thing that I think can be improved is the breakfast. The variety of breakfast is very rich. The beef noodles with tofu are delicious. There is also sushi, but some ingredients may not be so fresh due to the off-season. The bread and pasta are also a bit hard. Some dishes are not replenished in time. But the overall experience is very good. I just hope that it will be more perfect when I come again next time. In short, I will recommend it to my friends. I will also take the time to take my children to stay for a few more days. It is worth visiting again.
