We only stayed 1 night here, located opposite the rail station & 50 metres to the lake, it could not be nearer!  We received a very warm welcome and our lovely room on 3rd floor overlooking the lake & station was spotlessly clean & well appointed, the bed very comfortable. The train noise was not a problem for us.  The breakfast was first class with a great variety of quality choices & served by friendly happy staff.  We would recommend this hotel

So, we had only one night booked. We just liked it alot here. Very close to train station, and just opposite the promenade. Surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants.  The check in process was really easy. The room was on a 3rd floor. Very quiet and clean. And had all we needed for a one night stay. We had breakfast included. Very nice hosts, orientating us to the breakfast room, which I must say was basic but very fresh. We had dinner at the Hotel's a la carte italian restaurant. We loved it too. Travelling to and from Munich was easy with S bahn. Will definitly visit again.

My parents and I stayed at the hotel on August 24th. We stayed on the first floor of Europe (the second floor of China). All night there was disco music from downstairs. Even at four or five o’clock, the drums were noisy and I almost didn’t sleep all night. NS.
It should not be the music of the disco, but the sound of the radio broadcast. I don't know which room the radio is not turned off and it is the hi music station. Rang all night. I went to the corridor to find the source of the sound and it was not on my level
The front desk is also not on duty. I have no complaints on the spot if there are too many people in the check-out line the next day!
Other aspects of the hotel are also good. But today, Ctrip informed me that my father had not checked in the room booked by him, and it automatically deducted more than RMB 1,000 for the room per night. But my parents and I filled out all the check-in forms and paid the money as required by the hotel when we checked in. Now it says that my father did not move in.
Ctrip is needed to help resolve this matter.
