Perfect location for a ski in ski out at the base of the ski area. The rooms are clean for the most part. The master bathroom started to smell like sewage the last two days of my stay. My room was on the second floor, not sure if everything started to back up when the hotel got more crowded.

Disappointed that no house keeping for the 4 night we stayed there but other than that, it was great. The pool was heated warmer than any hotel pool I've been, too.

We were very surprised at the level of service that was provided us at any time we needed information from the front desk and the cleanliness of the entire facility. The entire facility felt comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet in our room. The staff was always so friendly and would joke around with us just to make us smile. The views from our room were beautiful and the drive time to restaurants, stores and entertainment is less than 5 minutes away. Definitely a 5 star facility.

Sayed at the Sheraton for one night – the second time. Check-in experience was great, parking is great, food at the bar and bar itself was great. Rooms were large, pretty and clean. Will definitely stay there the next time I’m up in Steamboat.

Amazing location!!! We didn’t have the best room with a view, but can’t beat the ski in ski out and conveniences of this place. Would love to come again!!

Smoke detector going off all night. Staff at check in didn’t give us room keys or give us WiFi directions. He seemed indifferent.
