This is the easiest 5-star rating I have ever given to an establishment. The staff was incredible during our entire stay, and every single person was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with any need we had. Our journey started off a bit rough as Priceline (who we booked the hotel through) lied about our booking, and never actually completed the booking through the hotel itself. When my partner and I arrived, exhausted from a day of stressful travels and delays, we were notified that our name and confirmation number did not exist for our booking. Instead of turning us away, as the fault was ENTIRELY on Priceline, they comped us an even better room, and made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Priceline did nothing to admit their fault and their customer service agents were horrible, and the Wyndham took it upon themselves to make sure that we were taken care of. I have never been so impressed by the professionalism, compassion, and kindness of a team as I have during my stay here. I can not write enough good things about them, and specifically want to draw attention to Faith for helping out so much during the process. Both her and her supervisor were patient with us, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us make our stay the best vacation ever. I will absolutely be returning, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff aside, the hotel is full of great amenities, and the shuttle that picks you up during ski-season to take you to the mountain comes on time, directly to the hotel, and frequently. There are multiple jacuzzi's around the property, and the staff is there to make sure you are educated on all surrounding restaurants, activities, and everything Steamboat has to offer.
