Wir waren voll zufrieden
Sehr freundliches einfaches Hotel, mit vielen Angeboten (Wellness, Schwimmen, Wanderwege, Spielplatz). Nettes Detail: Die Hasenschule. Waren auf der Durchreise, die Kinder haben es geliebt. Besonders nett auch die Flexibilität bei der Anreise nach der vorgesehenen Check-In Zeit - sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

Es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub, Kronach zu empfehlen Festung, oder Lauenstein Confiserie die Ködetalsperre oder nach Bad Steben , auch das Schwimmbad sehr schön gewesen

Gut gemeint, schlecht gemacht.
Das Hotel hat sehr freundliches Personal und eine ansprechendes Restaurant. Jedoch haben die Zimmer ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Abgesehen von einer Terrasse, welche sich ausschließlich durch ein Stück Bodenbeton und durchweg vertrockneten Pflanzen auszeichnet, lässt das viel zu kleine Bad ohne Warmwasser (defekt) sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück zeichnete sich durch ungenießbaren Filterkaffee, eiskaltes Rührei, Dosenobst und einer Auswahl an genau zwei Sorten Supermarkt Brötchen aus. Man hätte gewarnt sein müssen, wenn an der Rezeption ausschließlich verstaubte Plastikpflanzen stehen. Zur Ehrenrettung muss die schöne Saunalandschaft und das Bad genannt werden.

Okay... Zimmer Gänge usw werd mit billigen Plattenheizungen geheizt die an einer Zeitschaltuhr angesteckt sind. Bad.. Duschvorhang usw alt und runtergekommen. Die Heizung ist ein Heißluft Heizer der warum Luft rausblaest wenn er sich wieder mal abschaltet weil der Filter zu ist. In meinen Bett war eine Sperrholzplatte untergelegt weil die Matratze und der Rost durch sind. Essen okay aber Mann musste lange warten weil der Koch mit dem nachfüllen nachkam. Hotel ist soweit völlig in Ordnung. Zimmer für vier Personen OK, jedoch Möbel schon etwas abgenutzt.
Pool drin und draußen sind gut. Doch leider gab es dort nur ab 14:00 Uhr die Möglichkeit etwas zu essen (Eis oder Pommes oder Nuggets).
Zudem ist die Essensauswahl beim Frühstück sehr eintönig.
