給了一間山景房，窗外景色不錯，能看到雪山和山頂的聖三一教堂。酒店房間設施比較新，房間也不錯，去外面的餐廳吃飯也很近。總體性價比不錯，比那家網紅酒店划算多了。

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.

This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Large room with spectacular view and very friendly hosts. The room Was very large and comfortabele. Free off road parking. The breakfast buffet Was included And really nice. Very friendly hosts. As i forgot my jacket, they bought it back to Tbilisi where we stayed Later during our holidays in Georgia.

Отвратительный персонал! Забронировали отель по пути из Грузии в Россию. Приехали в 23:30. Поприветствовали администратора на грузинском. Наши 2 номера нас ждали. После того, как мы попросили оплатить картой за номера- нам сообщили о том что принимают только наличными и что мы должны идти в банкомат и снимать или менять деньги. На ресепшине в это время лежал терминал. После нескольких просьб принять оплату через банковский терминал, администратор все таки решила принять оплату картой (Турецкого банка) что позабавило и улыбнуло мою жену- после чего администратор обозлилась с не с чего и начала вести себя не адекватно и посылать в нашу строну различные проклятья и матом на три буквы. В общем абсолютно не адекватное поведение, вызванное улыбкой мой жены на ситуацию с нежеланием принимать платеж картой, по всей видимости из за нежелания платить налоги либо сработать себе в карман, скрыв сдачу 2-х номеров от собственника гостиницы. Конкретно это было 29.08.2022.

I visited that hotel last month.My journey in Kazbegi was incredible and this hotel made it more memorable.The location is great, the view from the hotel is exciting. Staff is very friendly anx warm.The rooms were clean and the food absolutely amazing

Absolutely amazing hotel. Hotel has hands down best view compared to other hotels. Rooms are clean and very nice. Staff is happy to have you and very attentive. We had amazing time in the rooftop bar and great breakfast in the morning. Thanks 👍!

Small rooms and misleading pictures. We changed the hotel and lost our booking amount. No balcony. Hidden view of the mountain from the room. Basic toiletries in the bathroom. A 2 star hotel. We were seeking a better experience for our 2N stay than this. Disappointing.
