Worst experience ever, issue with payment on arrival , wasted an hour (late for party we were attending due to all the messing around. They took payment three times even though it was showing card machine was working. Ended up being a fault with their system and now they are not refunding the £362 they owe me . Customer service as bad as the hotel staff. Completely put me off ever using Premier Inn again :( They were quick enough to take payments , trying to obtain a refund is a nightmare. After payment issue , lift not working and then a further issue in gaining access to the room.
