The customer service was great , maybe a clean cover for the bed , it’s kinda looked and seemed the sheets weren’t changed the bed was just remade, other then that it was great . Thank you for your business.

The room SMELLED like cigarettes so powerfully. I wouldn't bother to leave a negative review if it was just a slight smell, but this was unreal. I will never stay at Extended Stay again after this. Beware.

The property isnso very dated. The hallways are not clean and i did not dare put my bare feet on carpet as I was not sure how clean the carpet was. The paints were peeling in the bathroom. Its strange that i had go and ask for shampoo and it was not provided by default. Otherwise the service person was helpful. The breakfast was a grab and go with minimal options.

The hotel is old and a little run down. Beds were clean and comfortable but the carpet in the room was kind of gross

Sheets were not clean, room was cold and heater smelled burnt. No blankets. Shower pressure was low, and temperature difficult to regulate. TV volume was unadjustable.

Proximity to the highway .Amenities. Great beds and pillows🙏 We had Marie who checked us in on both of our overnight stays. She was so kind, welcoming and efficient. She is a great ambass for your organization. I was thrilled when we approached the front desk on the 14th and saw her !!!

Didn't expect much for the price and that's what we got. Not much. Coco's restaurant next door was a selling point. Too bad it has been closed down and abandoned for some time now.

This place was not what they show you in the pictures here. It’s old. Super old. There is a smell when you go in especially in the halls. It’s dirty. No one cleans the rooms I can tell. The microwave was so dirty! Specks of dirt and debris everywhere. It’s gross. There are not toiletries but soap inside the room. The bed is so uncomfortable. It’s soo old. It’s not nice.

Property was very dirty walls and floors. We booked 2 nights and canceled one because our room was filthy. The carpet was stained, the walls and doors were dirty, and the beds were very small. Don’t stay here especially if you have kids!!

The person running the front desk was amazing and kind. We had asked to switch room because our first one had the fire alarm torn out. And he gave us another room, and bigger. But the ceiling fan and ceiling was full of dust and made it hard to breath comfortably. Tried turning the air on and made it worse. There was also holes in the walls in both rooms.

Used soap in the shower. Missing toilet paper. In general furniture in poor condition.
