I will never stay here again. Upon checking in I discovered my room was at the top of the stairs. I politely asked to change rooms (before even entering the room) because I was traveling with my toddler daughter and I know from experience she will not sleep with the traffic and sounds being that close to the stairs. The lady at the front desk looked at me like I had 3 heads, like she had no understanding of why it would be an issue. She said they are fully booked and cannot change rooms. I asked if everyone had checked in, she said no. Then I said she can still change my room with someone else. After saying it’s not possible again, I asked to speak to a supervisor. She went in the back room for less than 5 seconds, came out, and handed me 2 new keycards, without speaking to me. After finding my next room, she put me directly at the top of the other set of stairs, I assume on purpose. I decided to let it go, and stay with the second room. Upon entering the room, I was pretty grossed out by several things. There was some sort of white stuff smeared on the picture, and the chair and ottoman were covered in stains, including a large raised smear down the side of something red. Ketchup? It was so gross. There was shredded cheese on the tray the coffee pot was on as well. Whoever cleaned the room last obviously didn’t do a good job. Both nights of sleep were terrible. The pillows were maybe 1-2” thick, and very old. As anticipated, our room was very loud.
