The stay was terrible, the front desk had an attitude because I used the app and got a discount. She asked why did we book through the site. She had a horrible attitude, card was having issues, the next morning my son went down to breakfast and when he came back the card was deactivated. Went to the front desk and she refused to let him in . I had already departed so I had to call , when I called she’s going to tell me her manager told her to not let him in. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t suggest them to anyone else.

The Hotel had a horrible odor(pot) in the hallways, and they didn't open the pool unless a guest asked them to because oft the other two properties beside it didn't have one. I asked waited over 30 mins and no one ever came.

I personally was not a fan but it did suffice my needs for the kiddos. I was able to get breakfast for them as well as in and out. Unfortunately, the keys I had couldn't sniff my cell phone (apparently) and it got decoded a few times. Overall I am grateful but I'm going to be a bit more selective with hotel stay (if the pool is a necessity as it was for this particular trip). #theshenaniganscontinues #onmuvahs #theyonyaNoDiddy

The property itself is nice, it’s the customer service that is horrible. There was a billing issue that could have been corrected with just a phone call, but no one at the property, when contacted, was willing to correct the situation, even when a representative from the parent company, Choice Hotels, called them to correct the problem. The issue has still not been resolved. Customer Service is everything to me and they failed miserably.

This location seems out of the way, but is not. Very quiet, excellent cable/dish with large HD tv. Comfortable and clean, very well maintained.
An absolute bargain for the room rate for a single king.

I was concerned based on other reviews. However, room was decent for price. Cleanliness was not an issue. There was little to no noise. Front desk receptionist was nice and check in was easy. They did give me two rooms next to each other which i had requested. Breakfast was a let down. Overall, i would stay again.
