HOTEL NIGHTMARES!!!!! CROOKS!!!! They will try to take you DEPOSITS !!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!! Every room smells like smoke, cigarettes holes on sheets, filthy bathroom floors and showers are not cleaned!!! Parking lot smells like Piss (PEE) . THIS PLACE IS SOO NASTY IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK. Worst Experience !!! O star hotel!!! H Dirty walls (Bug guts, blood holes, stains ), dirty floors, dirty bathroom sink and tube. DIRTY BED, EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. Will take advantage. YOUR BETTER SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR . I regret it ever coming here.

Let me start off by saying I was not expecting a four star experience but it's infested with roaches. They will NOT refund payment. Showed two more bathrooms with roaches in them. Totally dissatisfied. I've got video, if it will allow me to upload.

They steal the rooms are very old and falling apart! Main thing the house keepers have stolen a$300 game console and 4 games to go with console management cursed me out and refuses to check cameras and said f me . I recorded the entire call if anybody wants to hear it email me they refuse to compensate or check cameras behind housekeeper and they don’t care and that was Al my baby had they are rude male manager is a ****** !!

Horrible customer service. Stood out in the cold while looking st the attendant for 8 min b4 he would even acknowledge me or assist me. The room was filthy & it looked like the door was kicked in. The tub was nasty & the floor was disgusting. They were at the door at 11:00 am & burst in to vlean at check out, they started pulling the covers off bed b4 I could get anything out the room & attitudes were so nasty, im never staying again. Also there was a man sleeping on the ground righr in front of the room.

I paid ******* $68.53 for a room with two queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk claimed I only paid for a one king bed room and made me pay an additional $20.00. All in all I spent $88.53. Never should have been that much. Also, was first told we couldn’t park our 26 ft. box truck in the hotel parking lot originally, then the front desk clerk told my boss we could. Come the next morning the front desk clerk told us next time we can’t park in they’re parking lot. We kindly told them there will not be a next time. Thank you ******* for understanding my frustration and taking care of me as a guest and customer when the hotel didn’t.
