We stayed here for one night as part of a trip biking along the Danube. This is a basic but modern hotel. It doesn't have a lot of ”old world charm” but was comfortable. The room AC did not work particularly well, but the room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. We all laughed because of the way the sink and shower are part of the room, but they work! If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy walk to the center of the town.

Really very clean room with all comforts, exceeded our expectations. The area is very quiet and served with supermarket bars, pharmacies and restaurants. It is 2 steps from the trains and very close 2 bus and streetcar stops that take you to the major areas of interest.

The apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. All you need is this hotel. It is located in Floridasdorf, a beautiful neighborhood of Vienna. With the traffic in a few minutes to the city centre. New hotel opened only four months ago. Very stylish and modern. The staff is very premature and friendly. There are rooms in the subterrain with terrace. Small, conveniently without superfluous luxury, but with everything you need. Beautiful lobby, also very stylish. Reception 24 h with small bar. and small breakfast area. Breakfast everything is very fresh, but with 15 euros already price-friendly. There is a very much value for sustainability throughout the house. The small Second Hand Shop is particularly pleasant in the lobby. Great stay, please come back next year.

After living for more than a week, the breakfast was the same for every day, and the variety was very small. Although the quality was good, it was easy to get tired. The room is slightly cramped, but still clean, the big bed for the twin room needs to add 20 euros / person, not happy, the hotel seat is not the city center, but the transportation is convenient, there is no parking lot, the public parking space at the door is not many. Next time I have the opportunity to go there, I will consider the apartment and will not choose this kind of budget hotel.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.

First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)
