Great location

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful! It does get cold in the rooms but we asked for a heater and this was provided.

Very good option for a trip for friends who wanted to visit Stockholm, we recommend it!

Bon emplacement, mais vu le standing pourrais mieux faire niveaux petit déjeuner par exemple ou du restaurant peut de choix.

酒店就在火車站旁邊，步行2分鐘即達。到大多數景點也是步行半小時內可達，到市中心逛街也方便。酒店生意很好，上午退房的很多，下午入住的很多，我們中午到的，房間還沒有好，前台小帥哥先給我們登記了訊息，然後把行李寄存了。酒店早餐也不錯，一早就開始了。
總體來説，物有所值，值得推薦。

The hotel is right next to the train station, a 2-minute walk away. Most attractions can be reached within half an hour on foot, and it is also convenient to go shopping in the city center. The hotel business was very good, with many people checking out in the morning and many checking in in the afternoon. We arrived at noon and the room was not ready yet. The handsome guy at the front desk registered our information first and then stored our luggage. The hotel breakfast is also good, starting early in the morning.
Overall, good value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel is super central right next to the central station, walking into the lobby it is very large and filled with music that makes you happy. The staff at the front desk is among the most professional and welcoming I have experienced in Scandinavia. They provided us with all the info we needed and reminded us to book a slot for the next mornings breakfast with a QR code.   The room was at the 10th floor and had walk to ceiling windows with a great view of the park. The bed was very inviting and the window area had two comfortable chairs and a table for us to enjoy our evening. Even tho the bathroom looked a bit older it was super spacious and Had both a tub and a shower. A plus also that we had ironing board and an iron nicely tucked away in the room.   All tho it was very hot in the city that day the room was cool and comfortable and we didn’t hear any noice from outside or the hall witch is great.   There was a cute bar area outside right next to the spa I wan recommend having a drink there. We also tried a burger in the restaurant and it was not to bad.   The breakfast was impressing! So many options and you could even choose if you wanted well done bacon or a bit softer style. The buffet was split into two areas making it feel spacious and not that busy. The slot times was a great idea as you can enjoy breakfast without hundreds of people and easy to find a table. Plus for a waffle station with 4 irons!   All in all this hotel is a great option when staying in Stockholm! I would gladly come back. Left with a smile!

Bit tough to review this property because it is a mixed bag.  Checkin was friendly and easy, and the lobby and public spaces are pleasant, up to date and definitely a bit cool and unique.  The elevators with different musical genres are fun, as are the different floors with different design themes and countries.  When you get to the room though, you wonder what exactly they designed.  I knew it was an older hotel but on the flip side it was quite clean so I was okay with that.  Bathroom was spacious and we loved the double sink and the fact that it had both shower and bathtub- but the yellow tile was fugly and outdated.   Toilet seat was a flimsy piece of plastic with rusty hinges. There was a bag of chips and a small bottle of wine on the table as if it was a welcoming gift but luckily we checked with the front desk and found out it is part of the minibar and chargeable- that seems to be intended to get people to consume it thinking it's free.  The bed was nice bet definitely on the soft side.  There was a tiny closet box that was too low, too small and only had two hangers.  The TV was also tiny and the channel selection in English was terrible.  No USB (very easy and cheap to add this with a clock or lamp that has outlets.) Overall the room was small and dated though the view was good.  Breakfast was a madhouse.  Their system of advance booking actually seemed to work well but the fact that they end breakfast at 9:30 a.m. makes for a stressful and rushed morning and they certainly would do well to expand it by an hour to spread out the crowds.  As it was, we were able to find a table and get our food every day but it is not a fun experience with the hordes of people.  It's a bit more like an airport than a hotel.  Being the ”biggest hotel in Stockholm” is not necessarily a positive.  The breakfast itself had a good selection though I wish there were some better hot food options for vegans. Quality of what they had was average for four star.  The location of the hotel was very good and I have to say that using Choice rewards points for a redemption of this hotel it is an incredible value.  Paying cash though, I'd say it's much too big, too dated and too busy to justify the pricetag.

Overall an OK hotel - great lactioan - but the hotel seems to have forgotten all the small details and attention to service  - Silver member of Nordic Choice Hotels - but never got the promissed discounts, vouchers etc (even though my booking was registered in app etc)  - Air con in room not working properly (mentioned in reception - they promised to look at it and gave me discount on the minibar items I had used)  - No conditioner, body soap etc in shower... bottles on wall - but was not refilled by House keeping  - Rooms not really clean... house keeping not up to par  - The breakfast can be very overcrowded (but generally good - and good choices for people witl allergies etc) .They have a booking system - but this doesn't work (one morning I had a booking  but no tables... another morning there was no available times to book for breakfast - but restaurant only half full and plenty of tables). Nobody to check the booking (so why not skip it)  - The price for using the pool (that they advertise on all pictures) is SEK400 - that is in my mind just a scam  So all in all - location good and OK rooms... but the service and attention to all the small details and give guest a good experience... that has (unfortunately) dissapeared
