The location is excellent. The place is clean and functional. It would be nice if thry could explain better that toilets are not ensuite and small fridge in the room. However overall was nice and staff polite.

This hotel is located in Gamal Stan, rooms are nice, the shared toilets are clean and generally quiet for the night. However, if you would to check in after 6pm, there is no reception and no one will open the main door for you downstairs and the door to the reception.

The reception closed at 5pm and this was not super clear, so when my late flight got in we were unable to get into the place and started to freak out. Luckily some people staying in the inn helped us get in but if that did not happen I don't know what we would've done. It's a really good location, however, and the rooms and bathrooms are really nice. Another downside was on Saturday night is the club right below the place is really loud.

So far is clean but I felt this hotel is too old the light is not bright enough the vibe is too creepy here

Excellent location in Gamla Stan, easy to get to different parts of Stockholm, restaurants and Coop grocery store. Staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and good water pressure.

Good location for anyone who wishes to explore Gamle Stan. Hallway is nicely lined with nostalgic movie posters and art posters. Kind and helpful staff.

It was good. The location is in Gamla Stan, so I could go sightseeing very easily. If there were shampoo or slippers, it would be nicer.

Staffs are the nicest I’ve ever met, especially one of the Asian staff who shared his story and talked to me. I really appreciate the advices he gave and his kindness. Love the hotel location and the rooms. Shared bathrooms are individual toilets with showers so you don’t have to worry about privacy. Really loved my stay here and wish I could stay longer.

It was fine for a short visit. Room was clean enough, but few facilities. Luckily we were only there for 2 days. I liked that the showers and toilets were cleaned all the time. But unfortunately no slippers or shower items were offered. We arrived late because the flight was delayed. I was not received in a customer friendly manner, I was asked if I knew what time it was. It was 11 o'clock.

The historical building in the city center is right next to the Royal Palace.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities; the location is good, and it is convenient to go to attractions and restaurants.

Needless to say, for the price alone, you can beat the same type of hotel in Europe in seconds!
