Smutsigt på golvet i båda plan, fick be personalen om extra städning.
Damm är tydligen inget som är viktigt att torka bort, se bild.
Personalen oproffsig, har inte lärt sig kösystemet, borde skaffa sig nummerlappar så gästerna får hjälp i rätt ordning.
Frukosten kändes som matutdelning, alla åt samma mat!
Hade uppskattat om det funnits smör på brödet, inte bara att någon sprungit förbi med en tom smörkniv. Det positiva var toaletten.

We liked our stay there. Everything was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was much bigger than we had thought and had very good amenities which was a big plus! The only negative we had was on the day that we were checking out. There was a door with a luggage picture on it so we thought that it was a stroage room for your bags. We asked at the chek out if we could leave our luggage there for the day and come collect it later (11.00-18.00). The staff member said that we can’t leave our bags because they have new clients coming in and that they might need the room for their bags. We only had three small carry ons that would for sure have fit there even if the room was a bit smaller. We then had to drag our luggage around town for the day. Other than that our stay was very good.

Great property, feels new, lots of amenities. It’s very close to the tram which was helpful. My only complaint is the area doesn't have much. It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do. Its saving grace is the proximity and accessibility to the tram to get to Stockholm center and sightseeing is only about 20 mins. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay, as this was our last stop after 1.5 weeks of travel it was great to get an apartment style room.

My partner and I returned to Unity for a month after living there during summer 2023. For a long term stay, Unity was perfect for us - convenient and affordable. The executive loft was a great size, the staff is truly nice, the gym is pretty ok, they clean the room weekly for longer stays too. We also love Hammarby Sjostad and also its accessibility into Sodermalm etc. My only issue was the lack of air flow -- I bought a small fan which did the trick. All in all, it was exactly what we were looking for.
