Best Places to Stay Near Stureplan in Stockholm

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 5, reserving two rooms - a family room and the smaller room as well. The family room with bunk beds was absolutely perfect for our family. We found the room spacious with a nice view as well. The hotel is located near many restaurants and bars. We didn’t find the street noise to be a problem. The elevator is very small, so we chose to take the stairs to our rooms on the third floor most of the time. There was a wide selection of items to choose from for breakfast, although we did have some trouble finding a place to sit in the restaurant.

Great service and friendly staff

It is a 5-minute walk from Stockholm Odenplan Station, and a 2-minute walk from the hotel door is a subway station, so it is easy to move around. It was a bit wrong that there was no window in the room, but there was no smell and the room was quite neatly maintained. Breakfast is good and tastes good. Considering the price of Northern Europe, it is a place where you can stay at a good value for money.

Although it is in the basement, its air quality and ventilation system is still very good. I spent two quiet nights here, although the hotel has a party in the lobby and bar in the afternoon and evening. But after 10 o'clock, there is no sound. The bathroom of this hotel also makes me very happy, because its bath glass is really beautiful, and it is equipped with a lot of lights to ensure that even if I need to use lights at night, but Not dazzling. Great location, central to the train station and various points of interest.  The hotel lobby is very nice, but the rooms could do with updating. Shout out to housekeeping. They were very efficient and cleaned the room to an excellent standard! The Hotel Sauna was very disappointing, the light was broken and the heater wasn’t even hot? Frustrating for a 5* Hotel.

This hotel is really great! ! First of all, the room is very big, the facilities in the room are very complete, and it looks very new, which makes people feel good after seeing it. Secondly, the hotel’s breakfast is rich, with lots of bread, fruits and drinks. The staff's attitude was also very good and very friendly. They provided early check-in. The decoration of the hotel is also good There are many supermarkets nearby. You can reach the commuter train within five minutes' walk and reach the city center in 10 minutes. It is very convenient. Although it's not in the city center, it doesn't make people feel desolate or dangerous, and the two girls like us felt very at ease here! And the price is too friendly! Recommended~

Overall, not too many complaints about the hostel. It was incredibly clean, offered a free towel for the shower, and had easy to use lockers. Social activities could be better compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at. Easy walk to both the central station and the city. Overall, I’d definitely stay again.

Upon entry it was clear we had made the right decision. Welcoming staff (to be fair everyone we encountered on our trip was too), room was big enough and bathroom was incredible. Under floor heating when it's -14 outside is always a nice touch. Our very cheap rate included breakfast, fika (snack) and dinner every night. The food could sometimes have been a little hotter, and there is normally only one choice in the evening, but this was fine for us as it was always delicious. A good way to save money in quite an expensive city. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay but the company (nordic choice) had been hacked so their computer system was down, so can't blame them. They had cleaned well prior to our arrival so this didn't impact us much either. There was easy transport links less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely be back

Great place to stay centrally in Stockholm. We Walker everywhere and did not take public transportation at all. Fantastic views from the room. We chose a superior room with private bathroom and everything lived up to our expectations. You just have to remember that this is a budget hotel and hostel. Very cheap for a central location in Stockholm. We visited in January, but the room was nice and warm. Bathroom was not heated, but they had placed an electric heater that we turned on while using the bathroom and that was just fine for us. The staff was lovely and allowed us to check in several hours early. We had only asked if we could leave our bag, but they had the room available. Probably possible due to low occupancy in January. I loved the unique stay and would definitely recommended. Would like to visit again in the spring or summertime.

We stayed there 3 nights. First night arrived very late and didn’t feel the staffs were warm, went to the room and got a twin beds rather than a king bed. Came downstairs and was told hotel was fully booked and they just looked at us like it’s our fault. The room is also dusty and feels a room hasn’t been used for a while. Second morning, the staff were really good, sort out the problem and saying it was the booking problem. We got one day breakfast for compensation.
