Arrived late in the evening , so was grateful for a 24 hour service desk.
I only had to wait a minute til they came to the desk. He was polite and helpful!
My room was comfortable & the room heated up fast with the heater in the room.
It was alittle noisy due to the location but I chose to stay at a services so all good !

Great staff ,very accommodating.i would recommend this hotel to everyone.although it was clean where it counts(the main room,the beds) the shelve on the top of the toilet wasn't clean but I would say it was a nice price.i hope this is a fair /good review.

Hotel was perfect for us only 30 mins from Alton towers with many pubs and restaurants just a short drive away the hotel manager was amazing with my son after an accident he had will definitely be staying again
