Location is good originally as it is near to the ferry, but its noisy at night. I can hear people arguing at the midnight.
The room is very clean but no bottles water, toothpaste and toothbrush.
The staff are very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. However there is a bit of disturbance from rats running around during the night which is make me more scary but it’s not big deal we have been experiencing it even in other hotel in big city. Nice amazing staff and food is good. Points is very closer to the ferry which is also very nice. Super thankful for my lovely chef abillah he made my stay perfectly. Hakuna matata

Horrible ! I do not recommend this hotel at all and I am surprised that ********* said so. I paid 42€, it is not worth 10!

Perhaps, once, twenty years ago, the hotel looked like in the photographs. Now it's a real dump. The rooms are dirty, with stains on the walls. The promised mosquito net was not there, there were fragments of fasteners from it. Terrible audibility, from morning till night the locals were chattering under the windows and rushing about on motorcycles. You can’t live without the air conditioner on at all, it’s very cold with the air conditioner on, and there are no blankets in the hotel, only thin sheets. The bathroom looks so disgusting that I did not dare to take a shower. I don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating.

We had booked 2 rooms for 1 night for 6-8-22 for a family with 3 children, because we had our return journey at night. We were shown the rooms and found the rooms ok. A second man arrived at reception and said that our booking had not been approved and that the man we had spoken to by telephone and confirmed to us via WhatsApp was not authorized and the telephone number was incorrect. But this number was on their website and the person we spoke to had consulted with us before agreeing to the booking. It turned out that the room was given to other people who were going to stay there for 2 days. This was very frustrating and tiring. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book a room here, because you can expect everything, but little understanding. We had to immediately book another room, which after some valuable time was finally achieved at All Seasons and was also much neater/cleaner. We don't wish this experience on anyone, clearly these were scammers. Iwan, Netherlands
