very rude customer service bad service bad breakfast very noisy place till 2am l hated the place never again will l go there

Check in was a little confusing as they insisted that I had not paid yet when I paid online already. The room in the picture was not the one I received. They said it was already full. The rooms were also quite dirty.

It was a lovely place and friendly service

No funciona la tetera intentando que la cambien fue imposible.  El baño estaba atascado. El resto todo bien

The kettle does not work, trying to get it changed was impossible.  The toilet was clogged. The rest all good

Is the place which is better to live in at beautifull area at zanzibar stone town, zantriptours with zanzi house both are good for you to save your amount of money, spend less but good services. It's pleasure to see this cheap but beautifull place
