The hotel was left without water service due to major issues with the pipes and all guests had to cancel emergency reservations. The internet is a total disaster and the cleanliness is 3/10, I had to clean the Duchamp because it was in pink slime and clean the air filters. DISAPPOINTED

Check in was okay. Bathroom in room was not clean. I had to make a trip to the front desk for this and for linens for the sofa bed. Since I reserved the room for 3 guests, the sofa bed would obviously have to be used. I should not have had to go to the front desk to get the linens for the sofa bed. I should not have had to go to the front desk to ask for either another room or have someone clean the bathroom. The service did not match the price paid for the room.

Room didn’t have AC on so took a while to cool off enough to be comfortable. Bathroom sink clearly not cleaned. There were circle stains from cups when we just arrived

We had a great stay with kind staff, even when we had key issues at 1am. The location was convenient and close to tons of food options. And their breakfast was delicious including premade omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy and several quick pick items. We misunderstood the timeframe for breakfast and shut them down 2 mornings in a row without any negativity. We stayed here to go to Hershey Park and felt the drive was very do-able! We will be back!

This property has been my ‘go to’ for at least 10 years. It’s really convenient, easy access, good parking and feels safe. Lately the housekeeping, staffing and general maintenance has been degrading. It’s time for this place to do a big overhaul and start fresh. There’s a lack of attention to details, dirt in corners, chipped paint, old carpet stains.

The whole building smells bad. The rooms smells like smoke. Bathroom tiles cracked and broken. Hallways were dirty. Room had candy wrappers under the bed. Was not clean.
Outdated hotel.

Room keys were not reliable to work. Many key resync.
Also need ice for traveling but broken.
