I am absolutely FURIOUS!! We knew something was wrong when we saw random men of color milling around the parking lot aimlessly! My husband and I have stayed here SOO MANY TIMES- And I will NOT BE BACK! I'm getting charged to stay at this FILTHY HOTEL and they never bothered to mention that it is a migrant hotel!! Furniture in the lobby is STAINED AND TORN, GREASY HAND PRINTS ON ALL THE GLASS- SMELL IS DISGUSTING!! SMELLS LIKE ROTTING FOOD!!! IM WRITING TO CORPORATE WHEN IM DONE HERE! I CANT GET A REFUND BECAUSE I USED AN APP TO GETMY DISCOUNT!!! Btw- our 50" TV is now a 27" in the room! Stains that look like sh- t in the tub! Wallpaper torn- WHAT TF HAPPENED HERE?????

I had a king room with a balcony. The room was big and very clean. The bathroom was fine and clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only two complaints was the people above me also had a balcony and I could hear them constantly opening and closing the door to it. It was a bit annoying while trying to go to bed. The other issue was that I couldn’t control the the ac unit in the room. I tried to change the temp and the fan speed and no matter what button I pushed nothing changed. Luckily the temp and speed it was at was ok but I wanted it to be a bit colder. The complimentary breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. Overall I would stay here again when back in the area.

Room 337, Royal Sonesta Stoughton, MA To say we are disappointed is an understatement. First, we booked the room hoping to use the pool. Pool closed. Door to room emergency lock, broken. The bathroom needs help. See pics attached. Bob offered to change our room however, we are so exhausted from what we came here for, we do not have the energy. He offered to send maintenance up but, it is 7:30 at night and we have a long day tomorrow, wake and funeral. With that being said we are looking to be compensated. I spoke with Nick Hafiz, and he said that compensation was not going to happen and hung up. Attached are pictures of the room.

Stayed here in 2022 and there were a few things that needed improvement. Stayed again in May 2023 and learned that the hotel is under new management. Service was great, room was sizable & clean, and they now offer free coffee & tea and free breakfast … which was well-stocked and satisfying. Certainly will be staying here again!

After a 20hr journey, checked into this hotel at 11.30pm. Showed the reception my confirmation no. and she said no reservation under my name. After much tarrying and no apology, she found out that a previous staff had booked someone else in with the same first name. In his rush, did not look at the last name! Room was a decent size and comfortable enough if you don’t mind a soft mattress. Cleaning the room and changing sheets only every 4 days is way below international 3 star standards. At least give a 2nd roll of toilet paper! Breakfast was a joke. Rubberised scramble eggs, a scone and a banana.

This hotel has horrendous service. The front desk workers and hospitality staff do not restock breakfast food and coffee and so the guests do not have enough food. They cook maybe 2 portions at a time so guests are left waiting and I have seen many eventually give up and leave the area. When the food is depleted the people watching over the breakfast area do not refill it until they are asked to. Very poor hospitality. I believe this to be a cost cutting and cheap tactic to save money because the hotel also waters down their coffee to a level that is unpalatable. Coffee is supposed to be a dark brown and yet the coffee provided is a light yellow color. This is consistent through the entire week that I stayed here. This hotel is reminiscent of a la Quinta which I would honestly pick over this hotel every time now that I experienced both.

This hotel was a logistical nightmare. I stayed for 4 nights. Every night my key would deactivate and I'd have to go down from the 4th floor to the lobby (and this in itself would take 10-15 minutes given where my room was located) to get a new key. They blamed me for having it near my cell phone even when I insisted that wasn't the case. I have a lot of sleep issues, and whenever I can get sleep, it's a glorious moment. But housekeeping kept knocking on my door first thing in the morning despite a "do not disturb" sign up because there must have been some confusion in the system about my stay, which I booked through **********. They would come back again midday while I was working to knock again and didn't seem to care that I clearly told them I wasn't checking out until Friday and it was clear in my reservation. I left frustrated, exhausted, and annoyed. It was a bad experience and I won't be back.

The front desk staff was professional and very helpful. There was an issue with my credit card and as I worked with the credit card company to straighten out the matter, the gentlemen on duty was extremely patient (unfortunately, I don’t recall his name). The room was spacious and clean. It was really hot during my visit; however, the air conditioning worked beautifully.
