The hotel has a good breakfast. There's a parking space infront of the hotel but you have to ask at the reception. It's close to tourist spot area. It's walkable.

The hotel is very well located and clean. I had a problem and I had to go to the hospital and they helped me a lot. I really like the hotel employees and my stay in general.

Tram and bus stops are close by, so accessibility was good. I didn't eat breakfast, but there was a bakery nearby, so it was good to buy it easily. There is an elevator in the hotel, but when you enter the hotel from outside the hotel, there are about 10 steps, so you had to carry your luggage upstairs.

Very well located hotel. A small downside for the car park, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to find free places nearby. The value for money is good and the staff very welcoming. We were not on the street side, so no noise at night, which is nice.

- lack of security, weird hallways and doors that are not closing properly - the room had a very heavy smell of cigars (the receptionist offered me an old spray to use it. she did not bothered to check the room or something) - there was hair in the bed sheets - no door to the bathroom (the receptionist told me that I don't need one because it is a single room) -scratched entry room door -the window was facing a common balcony of the hotel I refused to stay and the receptionist told me that there are homeless people sleeping on the streets and that I am refusing to stay in that room. She also charged me for the first night that I did not even spent there.

Cheap room price compared to other hotels. Room is small but clean. It serves all its purposes. Others mentioned about the tram noise but i dont find it a issue. In fact it is so convenient to me close to the tram station. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel if you do not want to more just from a place to sleep.

The Hotel is in the centre of the town, very close to tram stop OBSEVATOIRE ( tram C from central station) Rooms are big and confortable. Very good continental breakfast. People at reception are very kind.

If you want to get scammed, go to Esplanade hotel. They will give you a room with no conditions and they will make you pay for it even if you refuse to stay there. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen and they have the meaniest staff I have ever meet. And the worst thing is that they know it and they do not even care.

The room was a normal size and the bed was comfortable. Some of the furnishing seemed a bit worn but nothing serious just cosmetic. The shower was lovely. Location is good, only 10mins walk from the main part of Strasbourg there is also a tram stop right outside the hotel which is very convienient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room got cleaned every morning.

Run away from this hotel! I spent the night of January 18-19, 2024, room 13. Once I arrived, the woman at the reception seemed more interested in her phone call than her customers who were waiting and watching her chat. The hotel lobby reeks of cigarettes. The room is ordinary, the bedding is uncomfortable. The walls are worthy of wallpaper, you can hear everything whether it's in the hallway, in the rooms next door or in the street. The icing on the cake, when I woke up I discovered a bedbug on the sheets!! Bonus photo, the reception told me to send a complaint email and of course radio silence for 10 days. I advise against it to everyone and I hope the establishment closes as soon as possible!!
