Hôtel Mercure Strasbourg Centre Petite France Reviews

The room is clean, but it was too small. The bathroom was really small and it was too difficult to use it. The room has kettle and some tea and coffee. There was not any noise in the room during our stay. Their servicing was good and every day clean the room if you want. The location of hotel is good enough for walking around the city and there are a lot of cafe and restaurant nearby. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Also there are a coffee machine in the lobby and you can have free coffee, also have the water machine which have 3 types of water. I like this hotel but actually I don’t want to stay there again as the bathroom was not good enough. Also there isn’t any view.

The room was perfect and clean, and the hotel is near the train and the center of Strasbourg so it's easy to walk around. The staff was very kind and helped me a lot with all the questions or services I asked for.

The hotel is close to La Petite France, and it is very easy to access all of the attractions. We had a very nice room with a small balcony. Good breakfast and service. Great stay!

Excellent!!!!! Both the location and the staff were excellent! The breakfast was the best I've ever eaten with a huge selection and was always replenished! Very nice staff! In the hotel you can drink coffee, tea and water for free all day! Everything was very good! Perfect

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to the train station, Christmas market and shopping places. The hotel lobby provides free water and coffee, and hot apple juice is also provided during Christmas, which is warm and cozy. Breakfast wasn't bad either, with lots of bread, cheese and drink options. 

The transportation of the hotel is very convenient. It is only a 4-5 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is clean and hygienic. There is a Shanghai lady in charge of the catering department. She is very nice and cordial. The breakfast is very exquisite, especially the various snacks, which taste great and highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit small, but well furnished and compact. Clean and tidy and comfortable.

The hotel is not far from Strasbourg station, and the station is also very convenient to the airport. Less than 10 minutes walk from Petite France and the church. Friendly front desk, good breakfast.

Although the room is a little small, it is meticulously clean and has all needed facilities. The location is very ideal, between the train station and old town, a few minutes walk to either place. The staffs are generally friendly as well. They provide free coffee and sparkling water in the lobby, which is very nice.

We had a really perfect stay at this hotel. It was only for two days but that was enough time to take in the city and enjoy the sites. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station. Our room was ready early and it was very nice, roomy and decorated with some interesting art! Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and fresh, located only a few minutes' walk from the central station and the town center. I arrived early in the morning and couldn't check in as the room wasn't ready. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They offered me coffee, water, and a place to change. When I finally checked in, I was delighted to find a chocolate bunny on my bed, as it was Easter weekend. Later that day, I wanted to attend a football match, and one of the staff members, Soraya, went absolutely out of her way to help me book the tickets. If the management of this hotel is reading this review, Soraya deserves a huge pay rise.
