Great location! Less than 10 minutes walk to petite France and train satation. Breafast with al lot varieties. Staff members very helpful and friendly. If the air con can be more powerful would.be great.

location is not far from train station & tourist area. room size is decent & clean. complimentary water (dispenser) at lobby. staff is nice

The hotel is super dated and old. It is also not very clean with hair on bed and in the toilet. Dirt can be seen in the corners of the room. There are 3 lifts but only 1 or 2 are operating from time to time. The only saving grace is its location from the old town Centre.

It's approx 10min walk from central station. The hotel is a bit rundown . The room facilities is very basic. I appreciate the window can be opened. Breakfast is quite nice with varieties. No hot food since it's continental. Overall convenient.

Very nice and valuable hotel. The room is as the same as the picture shown in the trip com. And the distance to main scenery points is just 10 minutes walk.

The location is excellent it is only five minutes walk to the beautiful petite France area the tram stop is nearby the room is spacious clean and Wi-Fi works well the breakfast buffet is excellent the surface of the hotel is also impeccable.

The staffs are very nice, kind and helpful. However, the elevator was a bit difficult to use for us. Some other customers also had problem with it.

Convenient transportation. Close to the city station and several attractions. Within walking distance. The room is slightly small but very clean. The view outside the window is great. The breakfast is rich and cost-effective.

The hotel room is very small, which may be common in French hotels. The facilities are also relatively old. The hotel has its own ground parking lot. The hotel is very close to the big island, only a 5-minute walk away.
